This bright and welcoming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has undergone some amazing renovations for 2026! Enter a front foyer with steps leading to the second floor. To the right is the living room; to the left is the dining area.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and lounge chairs, a flat screen smart TV (stream content with your own accounts), a table perfect for board games and puzzles and a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use).

The dining area has a large dining table and opens to the kitchen.

The newly renovated kitchen runs the back of the first floor. A foodie's delight--the kitchen has quartz countertops with plenty of workspace, stainless appliances including a solid surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffeemaker and espresso machine and counter seating.

The first floor bedroom with queen bed has also been renovated. As has the first floor bathroom with custom shower.

The steps* in the foyer lead to the second floor with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Ductless split unit air conditioners in the living room and first floor bedroom. Window air conditioners in the second floor bedrooms.

Washer/dryer in the unfinished basement.

* As with many older homes, the steps are a bit narrow and steep.

The private back deck looks out over a lush wooded area. There is an outdoor dining table with chairs, a gas grill, two loungers and a roomy enclosed outdoor shower. The side and back yard are fully fenced-in.

- 3-minute drive (5-minute bike ride/21-minute walk) to Long Pond (via Long Pond Road--you don't even have to go on Route 6)

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
