The home is located in a residential neighborhood called Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club and is perfect for a family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and visiting Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in a nice residential resort community called Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. Situated on one of Orlando’s most prestigious public golf clubs, Highlands Reserve also offers amenities and activities and discounted golf as well for guests. The best part is Disney is only 12 miles away!
The main spaces of the home:
- Open plan, bright area living space to enjoy togetherness time with direct access to the enclosed and private back patio, pool, and sun lounging area.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and ample cookware you’d need to whip up healthy meals at home for your family! Plus a dishwasher to boot!
- There’s a cute kitchen table/breakfast nook that’s perfect for a morning coffee or a quick meal on the go.
- There’s also a nice dining room area for a more formal sit-down meal with a table that seats 6 comfortably in a lovely well-lit room.
- The private enclosed back patio area with a pool is a great place to spend a day! You’ll have cushioned loungers, an outdoor dining spot, and pretty much all you need for a fun day off from the parks!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool/patio during your stay. Also, as a guest, you’ll have access to Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club’s pool, amenities, and activities.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge and there's a four-day minimum charge even if your stay is fewer than 4 days. If you'd like the pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in as it takes time to fully heat the pool.
***Please note that pool heating is only available between November and February.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $150 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- In the unfortunate event that an issue arises during your stay, please send us a message or contact the emergency line. We kindly ask you to allow 24 hours
for any reported issue to be fixed or addressed.
