This charming sanctuary features light and airy, open-plan living for comfort and ease. Thoughtfully furnished with a cosy sofa and armchairs, you can settle in with your favourite series or unwind with a book after a day of work or sightseeing. Some subtle Georgian-inspired elements add character to the space, while split system air-conditioning and heating ensure your year-round comfort.

When you're not sampling the many nearby restaurants and cafes, you’ll find all you need in the modern, compact kitchen to prepare food and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Share meals around the six-seater table, or head outside to your tranquil backyard where bench seating offers laidback dining in a private and leafy garden setting. Additionally, a pair of Adirondack chairs in the front yard provides a peaceful spot to sip your morning cuppa.

Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate six guests. The first and second bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with split-system air conditioning and heating for your comfort. The modern full bathroom is well-appointed with a shower and complimentary toiletries, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Adjacent to it, you'll find a convenient laundry area complete with a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, there's a half bathroom for added convenience, making it perfect for quick refreshments and easy access.

The big bins are collected every Thursday so they must be placed onto the footpath for collection every Wednesday evening. Any guest who stays over on a Wednesday/Thursday must agree to take the bins out. Please do not book this accommodation if you're not prepared to take the bins out, we will send you reminders. Thanks!

All linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire bungalow to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

St Kilda Beach, Luna Park and an array of restaurants and boutique shops are all within a 10-minute walk of your stay. Grab an ice cream and head out along the pier, take a dip in the sea baths, or relax at a waterfront cafe. Other local attractions include St Kilda Botanical Gardens, the Palais Theatre, and Albert Park, a popular spot for walking, jogging and cycling, as well as rowing and sailing at Albert Park Lake.
