We loved our stay!

We loved the location off this setting - stunning views and great amenities! We enjoyed the poolside dining, family meal option, and daily morning yoga classes. Our unit was spacious and quite comfortable for our family of 10. The view from our lanai was so lovely that we preferred to have our sunset dinners there instead of the restaurants where we never had a better table. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this place to our friends!

The unit was AWESOME!! We had a corner unit with two balconies and an unobstructed view. The owner was super easy to deal with. The unit was in perfect condition and all seven of us enjoyed it.

Christmas in Maui with the family

Absolutely perfect location and unit; 3 BR is big and quiet, allowing each family private space, yet large gathering area and kitchen. The 16 month old and 3 old grandkids LOVED the pools and beach and we spent most of our time enjoying the Hyatt facilities. Ate most meals in with some prepared by us and some carryout. Worked out well. This was not cheap, but in the end totally worth it.

Amazing location with fun for everyone

Perfect location for beachfront views and snorkeling right off the beach. The boardwalk is a great way to see other local areas filled with good food and fun experiences. The unit was clean and much larger then we expected. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Residence Maui for a family vacation. The property, staff, and location were all amazing. It's a great place a short walk to Whaler's Village and the snorkeling right out front was surprisingly good! We had an amazing time and hope to return one day!

Multi generational wonderful stay

The property was wonderful. We had great views from the wrap around balcony. Our group included three generations and there was plenty of space for our group of 8. Everything was clean and if we needed anything there was a quick response from the front desk. I would recommend this property. The kids loved the pools and beach and we had a great time walking along the beach, swimming and surfing.

FANTASTIC FOR LARGE GROUP

Three adult couples shared this suite, and our teens and young ones came for breakfast and dinner. It was large enough to have privacy, but had a large shared deck, kitchen and living room. We ordered the “family dinner” from the hotel when we had guests. It served 18 people with leftovers for another full meal! We booked cabanas overlooking the beach several times. I hope we can stay here again! it was perfect.

A great location and unit was wonderful. 2 points we would like to make- The timing with covid meant no housekeeping for a week. That meant constant washing of towels for our group. The Bell/luggage on checkout was terrible. The rental was not cheap yet expectations were meant minus the 2 points above

Great view and great 3 BR condo

The views from the 11 floor with the rap around balcony were great. Kitchen was full stocked and easy to use for meals. Unfortunately we were there when the coronavirus started to cause problems back in the states. We were able to move up our flight back home 2 days early. Never heard back from the owner if we were getting a refund or credit. Also if you need a nice big pool this is not the place. The pool is separated into 3 small pools by gated end and walls. The Hyatt Hotel next door does have a nice pool that you can use.

I can’t praise Stephanie enough. She made our check in experience incredible We love the property. It is beautiful and a top notch destination. This is the second time we have rented a three bedroom for our family One of our best vacations ever!!!

Needed some other restaurants and or a lobby bar

Should have booked direct with the hotel as this was way over priced for our family. Additionally, my daughter broke her leg and we tried to postpone the trip and we were told no. We would have enjoyed it more if we could have postponed. Not flexible at all. Even if we would have bought insurance it was for her only and no the entire trip.

The Hyatt residences are an amazing property, very high end, with many activities for kids

If we ever choose to return to Ka'anapali (we prefer the less frenetic vibe of Wailea), we will definitely look first at the Hyatt residences. Staff and amenities are top notch. Great place for big parties to stay (full kitchens help offset the extra costs you pay for the rental of the condo). Great location, can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Being able to use the Hyatt Regency facilities next door gives you the best of both worlds (hotel and condo). We loved it, and would highly recommend it to everyone, but especially people with kids.

Amazing vacation

We stayed in a 3 bedroom/3 bath ocean view condo with my family, my brother's family and my parents (overall party of 11 with 6 adults and 5 kids) for my parents 50th anniversary, and we fit in this property perfectly with plenty of room for all of us. The Hyatt Residence Club is a perfect blend of having resort amenities and activities for adults and children (daily 7 am yoga, poolside activities for kids/adults, putting green/turf lawn where kids/adults can play catch, soccer and basketball are some examples), an exceptionally well maintained property, and with the fully stocked kitchen in the unit, having the ability to make meals, which was definitely needed for our large party. We woke up every morning to see whales in the ocean from our balcony!! The beach in front of the resort is also very nice with snorkeling opportunities as is the whole boardwalk. You can also use all the amenities of the Hyatt hotel right next door, but honestly there was so much at the Residence Club that we didn't really feel a need to venture out to the hotel (though has lovely grounds that are worth a walk and some different pool options that younger kids may find fun, and the luau at the Hyatt (Drums of the Pacific) was great). This is overall a very nice area in Maui, and though there are many resorts on this strip--it doesn't feel crowded or totally overdeveloped like other strip areas in other tropical destinations. What I liked about the Hyatt Residence Club is that there was something truly for everyone of all ages at this place, and we could hang out together or on our own, at our own pace. Highly recommend. A week was too short! Overall a fantastic Maui vacation and one that we will always remember and cherish.

Fabulous!

We stayed a week at the Hyatt Residence December 23 -30, 2017. We absolutely loved it. We were in a 3 bedroom on the 6th floor. The view was incredible! We saw whales from our terrace every day! The unit was very spacious for the six of us. We like to cook a few times and found that it was adequatelly stocked. The grills on property were good once we figured out that we had to reserve in advance. We reserved cabanas a few days and that was very jive as we didn’t have to go out early to get loungers by the pool. Yoga on the lawn was a nice way to start the day. We stayed at two other properties on Maui and this was our favorite. The resort was busy but the other two were a zoo! We will be back to the Hyatt Residence Club.

Perfect place to stay

Loved the Residence club. Amenities were fantastic, the condo was beautifully appointed and #4129 was perfect for our group of 7 ladies for a conference. It was a wonderful experience.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodation! I bought my 2 daughters and their families and everyone had a good time! Loved the roomy 3 bedroom space with privacy for all. Our view was amazing and the facilities were second to none! The kids took part in many fun activities like fishing, crab catching etc. The pools, slides and hot tubs were wonderful and we never felt crowed in the pool area or on the beach! Loved that the beach and pool area were steps apart! In a word "Paradise!"
