Thank you for your honest feedback. We will use it to improve on the overall guest experience in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the property nice and clean. We truly apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the thermostat. We understand that temperature control is an important aspect of comfort, and we strive to balance guest preferences with maintaining the property's systems. We generally set a temperature limit to ensure energy efficiency and comfort for all guests, but we completely understand how this could be frustrating, especially if you're used to more flexibility. We’ll take your comments into consideration and see how we can better accommodate guest needs in the future. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.
