Sorrento Palms Beach House

Large, spacious rooms to relax and spread out throughout the house, including a gourmet kitchen with pantry, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with water/ice dispenser. The meals/dining area has a large table with seating for 10.
The formal loungeroom, with an LCD LED TV & Blu-Ray, adjoins a separate formal dining room with an additional table setting for 8 guests. The front room, with a couch/double pull out sofa bed, also has a LCD LED TV/Blu-Ray, plus an Xbox with games. The main family living area has a Smart LCD LED TV with Foxtel and Blu-Ray.
There are 4 large bedrooms, the master with a full ensuite. The additional family bathroom has a bath and shower, with a separate toilet. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine, vacuum, iron and ironing board, mop, broom and plenty of storage.
Outdoors has a huge decked and entertaining area with gas Weber BBQ, 10-seat timber dining setting and a tranquil garden with boardwalk which provides a lovely, wind down and relaxing alfresco dining space. The double remote garage has room for 2 cars, or a car and boat.
The house is directly opposite a gorgeous nature reserve with walking/bike tracks, BBQ facilities and free mod grass tennis court (6 racquets and tennis balls provided).
Property features include zoned split-system heating/cooling, free WiFi, and beach accessories (including sun shade and chairs). A short walk to the Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club, stunning Sorrento Bay beaches, and the infamous Queenscliff fery service. Drive (3 minutes) or walk (15 minutes) to the Sorrento Village shopping precinct and restaurant’s. Popular tourist attractions, including the hot springs and international golf courses, are only 10 minutes' drive.
Linen is provided, with an additional laundry cost. Guests are required to provide their own beach towels.
