The property was well maintained and staff was very helpful. The location is fantastic. Our unit was a little old and out of date in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but the kitchen and lanai was great.

We were in a good location and loved the private beach which is a short walk across the street. The condo was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, a few bicycles and other items we enjoyed using. The 2 pools were very nice and water temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. The management was always quick to respond when we had questions.

We really enjoyed staying at this place, as it is very close to the beach (8 min walk). We have special access to the beach, which is very pristine and white, with a sandy color. The place that we stayed had all the amenities and everything that we needed. Close to the Supermarket and restaurants. Love the place and the area where we stayed during Spring Break. Everything was functional as described. Thank you for letting us stay at the property.

Condo was nice but a little dated. No washcloths in the bathrooms but a good amount of bath towels, hand towels and beach towels. We only received one tiny bar of soap in each bathroom, not enough even for each sink and shower. More ought to be provided. Kitchen was a little spare on cookware. There was a good amount of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. in the garage but most of it is getting old (rusted, torn fabric). It was a long walk to the beach but I knew that when booking and the condo is priced accordingly. Both the Gulf and Bay sides are beautifully landscaped and exterior properties well kept!

Good but dated

Communication with the property management was very quick, responsive and helpful. We didn’t have high expectations but this met our needs. Bed, couches and furniture were comfortable and all appliances worked. Beach access was little confusing so clarity would have been good.
