Nuestra villa recientemente construida y encantadora de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños está construida en una de las comunidades de vacaciones privadas ejecutivas más nuevas de Florida y ofrece a los huéspedes unas relajantes vacaciones tranquilas donde los huéspedes pueden pescar en el lago, dar un agradable paseo hasta la casa club junto al lago para disfrutar Las impresionantes puestas de sol. El complejo cuenta con una impresionante caseta de vigilancia con seguridad de cámara de video las 24 horas para ayudar a proporcionar ese poco de seguridad adicional mientras está de vacaciones.

La villa dispone de aire acondicionado y goza de sol todo el día. La piscina y la gran área de cubierta se protegen de la vida silvestre de Florida. Haines City winter vacation

This is a great house to rent! The property manager and the owner are very responsive. We loved the gated community that is close to amenities and very nice for walking. We would love to come back again.

Mark was extremely welcoming, easy to contact and helpful! This villa is a real home away from home. The air con was top notch, the villa was spacious and came with everything you might need. The kitchen was equipped with all of the utensils and appliances and had a supply of salt and pepper which was great, the little things! There were plenty of towels available for use and books available to read. There was a good quality highchair and travel cot available for use. The new hard flooring in the living space was lovely and modern. We also paid for pool heat and this worked very well during our stay! The cleaner hadn’t cleaned the house to the best standard - we found a few items left behind by previous guests by and inside the bedside drawers and there was quite a bit of dust left on the hard floors. Unfortunately we had a problem with the neighbours next door being extremely loud until after midnight most nights. Mark did what he could when we made him aware and we appreciate this is out of the owners hands. However, it is something I’d want to be aware of if i was looking to book somewhere. These were both only small issues that didn’t deter from our stay overall. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home Mark! PS - The lanai light was working however the pool light wasn’t!

Where do i begin? The owner was very nice & easy to deal wirh. BUT the house furnishings were deplorable. Furniture in living room was like setting in a hole.the beds were awful. I had to sleep in a chair settingfor q m9n5hpillowpillow

Great pool!

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Right beside US 27. We went to stay put and enjoy warm weather and a pool. We cooked in nearly every night for 5 weeks. I should’ve brought baking pans and dishes. Maintenance things that needed addressed got taken care of. We’re short and old so the manual lifting of the garage door was problematic for us, but we just started parking outside. The pool was our happy place. Can’t beat the location.

Relaxing

Nice and spacious place away from heavy tourist crowds, yet close enough to the attractions if you're into that sort of thing. The community was quiet and felt safe. There are fun things to do around that are off the grid like the orange orchards (about 20 minute drive) and Webbs icecream(7 minutes). There are many shops and chain restaurants close by like Walmart and Popeyes maybe 5 minutes away. Gatorland was about 40 minutes and disney was about 35 minutes(at different times). The MCO airport drive at 3am was 35 minutes. The house was very spacious and would be great for a large family. Most of the host's pool toys were broken so bring your own. There were extra pool lounge chairs in the garage. Water pressure in showers was not great but bathrooms are big. One of the bathrooms has a pool entrance- huge perk! The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable. Bring your own pillow. The house had a weird smell not sure what it was and it could have been cleaner. I could not fit my car rental -a Nissan Altima into the garage. The Wifi was great perfect for working remote. Host was very responsive and overall would rent again. We had a relaxing time lounging/working by the pool. The kids loved the house. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise, Haines City is an excellent location for a low key getaway close enough to everything.

Great place!!

I loved this place. Communicated with owner. Very nice. This place was the best and my grandchildren loved it. Very clean and the pool is the best. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Home Away From Home!!

This Home is Very Well kept, Clean and Very Comfortable. This Gated Community is Nice and Quiet. I simply love the Home and it's layout. Nice Area with Everything You Need is Right in the Home as well as the Area. We didn't need to Contact Owner or Property Manager for Anything. Everything was PERFECT!!! I didn't want to Leave. THANKS MARK!!!!

Short family funeral

I was happy to be able to fine a home close to our family that lived near by for a family funeral and many were come from all over. Overall the communication was great. The house needs a better clean and we had to purchase garage bags and toilet paper as there where not enough for our stay there. But we mostly used it to sleep as we spent for time with family.

Lovely home, good value

The property was as described, spacious and comfortable. We had a few issues that were promptly dealt with by managers. We would suggest an update for window treatments as opening and closing was touchy as the vertical blinds kept losing vanes even after repairs. The living area can be somewhat dark as it in the center of the house and gets light only from the window to the covered lanai. Better lighting would help here. A floor lamp or 2 to supplement the 2 low lamps would help a great deal. Reading was a struggle. Overall tho, a good value.

Home Was as Advertised

Our stay was from Jan. 01,2019 to Mar. 02,2019. The home was very clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. We brought a Slow Cooker ( crock pot ) with us as it's nice to prepare a meal while you are lounging around the pool. We ended up leaving it there, as we still have 2 back home. Small gift to Mark the owner, as he was so friendly and helpful prior to our stay.

Nice surroundings in gated neighbourhood

Very nice property in a safe location, ideally located for shopping plazas, Bok Tower, Legoland and all the usual Orlando stuff! Pool is nice, facilities were absolutely fine - can’t complain! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean and friendly

We were very happy with this house. The cleaning staff were very friendly and accomadating. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and washer and dryer. The pool was warm until the last two days of our stay and then it felt like the heat was turned off. But other than that it was a great rental.

Fantastic property in great position!

The position of the property is ideally close to all the things great about central Florida. The gated complex gives an added sense of security to the whole place and the adjacent lake view is a fantastic added bonus. The property itself is very spacious and has everything you need for a long stay (we stayed 3 weeks). The accommodation is maintained to a very high standard and the property is in A1 condition. The pool was a much appreciated addition on hot days and the high level pool area mesh cover means it can be used constantly without the outside bugs joining in on an evening!! We holiday'd with extended family and there were 5 adults and a toddler and it is spacious enough still for everyone to have their own space whilst under the same roof. The owner Mark is very helpful and communicates well - If we return to this part of Florida, I will DEFINITELY re-rent this place. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!!

A great quiet location

We had a very enjoyable stay, the villa is comfortable, spacious and clean. It's also located on a quiet gated community which gave additional safety. Supermarkets and restaurants are all very close by and this is the first time we've stayed this far south of Orlando. It's an excellent location for Legoland which can be reached in 20 minutes. Disney and other parks are also easily accessible and not too long a drive as long as you miss rush hour on the interstate. The villa is priced very competitively as we've paid a lot more and got a lot less. Mark the owner is extremely helpful, quick to reply to any query, directions from the airport were excellent and he'll try to accommodate all requests. It's good to stay somewhere the owners regularly holiday.

Retreat at Calabay Park

Brilliant.

Firstly, Mark is so very helpful and it was a pleasure booking with him. He even emailed us detailed directions to the villa from the airport. We are so thankful for everything! The villa was perfect. Over and above what we expected. As a newlywed couple on our honeymoon this was pure luxury. Loads of space, lovely and clean and our own pool?! Wow! The location was just right. Close enough to the parks and malls, but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Having Walmart just down the road was a huge bonus. We felt safe at the villa and very relaxed. Cannot recommend it enough.

Very relaxing vacation

The home was spacious and clean. The location was very convenient but outside the hustle and bustle of other locations. The pool was lovely and got great sun. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect.

It was a good feeling and relaxing to get to the place after a long drive from Texas. We were so greatfull because it had all the items needed ( just like a regular home) to enjoy our stay. All we had to take was clothes and purchase food. We will reserve it again. The place was great! It was well kept and a good location. Ray

We have close family friends in New England and for the last 20 years my wife Alison and I have loved travelling and spending time in North America. As soon as our two young girls arrived, the draw of Florida grew stronger and about 8 years ago we were able to purchase our dream vacation home. We visit the villa twice a year and when we’re not there, the villa is looked after a family-owned Property Management Company that we have known since buying the property. The villa is a very much a home or base for our family when we’re in US for and is a long-term commitment ; i.e. it’s not a short-term investment property nor are we looking to sell it in the short or medium term. My main point is that we’re very responsible homeowners.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

A key factor in purchasing the villa was to be within easy striking distance of the theme parks and in this respect we're just 15 minutes from the main gates of Disney via Interstate 4. However, we also wanted a location where we could relax in a beautiful, tranquil setting, away from the heavy traffic and commercialized urban development surrounding Disney. That's why we chose the lakeside community of Calabay Park, Tower Lake which means its that much easier to enjoy Florida's natural attractions including orange groves, stunning lakes and gulf coast beaches. Legoland is close by and Busch Gardens is easy to reach. So in summary, we’re close to the Orlando attractions, but just far enough away to enjoy the very best of Central Florida after a long day at the parks.
