The family friendly Golden Sands building is centrally located in Ocean City, and offers an array of amenities that is tough to beat in OC. Enjoy the Penthouse-Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, along with a Seasonal recreation deck that includes an Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Par, and occasional Live Entertainment, ensuring there’s something to delight every family member. Golden Sands also provides exclusive access to one of Ocean City’s Private Beach areas, reserved solely for its guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is included upon registration with the building and additional permits are available for an extra fee, subject to availability. The building also has its own maintenance personnel and security available 24/7 to put your mind at ease!

Golden Sands 101 comfortably accommodates a family of 8 in 3 bedrooms, but also has a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. Bedroom 1 has plenty of natural light with floor to ceiling windows that offer amazing views. The plush King bed provides a cozy retreat, and the Flat-Screen TV ensures entertainment options are right at your fingertips. Every detail has been meticulously considered to create the dream getaway.

Bedroom 2 features a cozy Queen sized bed, Balcony Access, a Private Bathroom, and massive floor to ceiling windows allowing all the natural light you could want. Bedroom 3 has 2 comfy Full sized Beds that are perfecting for melting into after a day on the beach, and also has floor to ceiling windows.

After a day of fun in the sun, unwind in the Living Area on the comfortable couch, which also doubles as a Sleeper Sofa. You’ll appreciate the central AC, free WiFi, and Flat Screen TV. Bring the entire family together for movie night, or break out some board games and create lasting memories full of laughter and smiles. This warm and inviting space will provide the perfect backdrop for quality family time that your family will look forward to year after year!

Whether you’re out enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the balcony or watching your family members bond while bringing together everyone’s favorite meal in the well equipped kitchen, you’ll always be close.



Golden Sands is ideally located, offering easy access to all that Ocean City has to offer. If cooking during your vacation doesn’t appeal to you, no worries! Stroll to one of the many nearby local favorite restaurants including, The Original Green Turtle and Bull on the Beach. Grab your morning coffee at The Coffee Beanery, just a short walk away, then venture out into OC to enjoy all of its wonders.

Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned parking space (assigned June-August). Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.

Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.

Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.
