House was great. Easy access to cocoa beach.Very clean and tidy. Found everything we needed for the week. Pool was clean and warm every day. Tried to treat it like our own since we’re already planning another trip for next year.

This was the perfect place to stay. Great layout with primary separate from other bedrooms. Top notch with supplies for absolutely everything! Excellent property management with quick responses. Short walk to the beach & amenities. Very clean. Lovely, safe & quiet street. Would absolutely recommend & stay there again.

I wish this would have been just like the pictures, but the house is showing it age. Unfortunately what we found when we arrived left us disappointed. Mildew in the air vents, stained furniture, dirty cabinets, pool area was dirty with toys and previous tenants clothing left behind, and more. Management was responsive, but there isn't much you can do other than relocate. Which we considered but was more of a headache than worth it. We ended up cutting our stay a day short. Wish it had lived up to our expectations.

Absolutely beautiful!! The pool was the best part for my kids! We spent every day in the pool after other activities! The house was immaculate! Very clean very cozy, just a perfect experience! Will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you so much for the perfect family vacation!

Great location, clean, well stocked, pet friendly and great communication from the host. Everything we needed was at the house and there were more than enough beach and pool supplies. There's a grocery store right down the street and the ocean is just past that, very convenient! Everything was clean and there were lots of extra towels and blankets.We would definitely stay here again!

Happy Palms couldn’t be more accommodating! We rented this property from them for about two weeks. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and thoroughly enjoying our stay from even before the time of our arrival. Several weeks prior they provided us with extensive information about the house, property, nearby attractions, activities, restaurants and shopping. They were helpful in communicating what was already available at the house in order to make our packing very simple. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need as far as linens, paper and cleaning products, games, beach and pool gear, etc. which made travel for a family of six as easy as possible. Not to mention the house was in a great neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to all of the entertainment including the beach. They were readily available any time we needed assistance or had questions of any sort before and throughout our stay. They were easily accessible via email and phone and were consistently quick to respond, not to mention warm, welcoming and extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend this property - as well as any others listed by the Happy Palms Agency for a most relaxing, stress-free vacation!

Perfect getaway

We rented this house as 2 of the children were attending Kennedy Space Camp. The location is perfect, can walk to the beach and Kennedy is about a 20 min drive but it was an easy drive. House had all we needed. The pool was a definite plus! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Cocoa Beach. The hosts were very quick to answer any question we had!

Much needed vacation

House was clean and had everything we needed. Pool and backyard were relaxing for our fur baby and the family. The location was wonderful!! It was an easy walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Loved this house!!

Family getaway

The house was great and in a VERY convenient location. There is a Publix grocery store right around the corner and pier/beach access was within walking distance (even though we chose to drive to Lori Wilson park). The pool was a big hit as well. It was only an hour drive to Orlando attractions as well. The grill option was a big Green Egg which was new to me....but I figured it out. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful Bachelorette Trip

I loved staying here. The place was cuter and more spacious than I thought it would be. The pictures don't do it justice. It was conviently located and we were able to safely walk to the grocery store and beach. The only complaints we could have about it were the squeaky hinges on the doors and faucets and they didn't give us enough toilet paper! (They would have let us get more at their office, but by the time we realized the problem it was our last night and the office was closed. )

Adult spring break

We had a Wonderful time, the house was everything we needed. Great area and within walking distance of the pier and restaurants. Only thing we couldn’t get the dryer to heat up so we hung clothes outside to dry.

Fun in the sun

Beautiful House!

My wife, daughters, and two of my daughters friends, and I all stayed here for a week while I attended a conference at the Kennedy Space Center. This house is furnished with high class/good quality furniture and appliances and is immaculately maintained. There was no pet odor that we detected, unlike a lot of pet-friendly rentals that we've stayed at in the past! The pool was a nice treat after a hot day outside. The home is conveniently close (walking distance) to Cocoa Beach and the pier. Great Place! Highly recommend!!!

Best vacation rental yet!

This house was all we ever needed and more. Our family of 4 loved this house more than any other previous vacation rental. The pool was perfect upon arrival and the air conditioner had absolutely no problems which is 2 problems we've had with other rental homes. There is plenty of space in this home for everyone to relax. The house was very clean and well maintained as well!

Perfect Location on Cocoa Island

This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach chairs and an umbrella with us. There's even a nice wagon at the house to help with carrying everything you need onto the beach. There is not one thing we needed once we arrived, other than our own groceries. HIGHLY recommend this property. It was just my husband and I, but you would have plenty of room for a family, or a few couples to stay and enjoy the sun and the saltwater!!
