Beautifully remodeled 60's beach house w/saltwater pool! Tons of wood, Tommy Bahama themed furniture throughout this open 3 Bedroom 2 Bath place with office and futon/couch can be used as a fourth bedroom. 3 Bathroom on listing is an outdoor shower by the pool. Roku Smart TVs in the living room and all standard 3 bedrooms, full kitchen with breakfast nook area, living room and dining room. Right around the corner from all kinds of waterways, less than 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral. Water treatment system for super soft/potable water.

We stayed at this lovely home two days before we set sail out of Port Canaveral. It was a great space. Close to the port and restaurants. Few miles from shopping and the beach. We enjoyed sitting by the pool eating and talking. Beds were not as soft as we like, but still no complaints! Great host. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

Stayed at this property for two days after getting off a cruise. Property is as advertised and we really enjoyed the pool. The property is close to the cruise port as well as other restaurants in the area. Communication with the host was great, and they even left us a bottle of wine for the adults and a bottle of sparkling juice for the kids! There were ample beach towels to use as well as extra towels and linens. Overall the property is very clean and well maintained!

Well appointed and very convenient

We really enjoyed our stay here. While we didn't use the pool, we spent hours everyday just sitting and reading and relaxing at the pool. Very nice getaway!

Perfect Space Coast Getaway

Great house. Perfect size for our group. The pool was enjoyable and the boys used it every day. The neighborhood was quiet and when we did see the neighbors, they were very nice. The owner answered any questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, great experience!

Wonderful Host and Place

The property was just as it was listed. We loved our stay and the house fit all of our needs. My boys loved the pool! Jeremy was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcomed. He helped me out if a jam where VRBO double booked a house that we had previously rented and he allowed us to book last minute and made our stay a pleasant experience. I highly recommend renting this house and renting from Jeremy!

Before we when arrived, Jeremy was working on our mini-vacation. He asked us questions, gave us some ideas, and treated us like family. He replied every time we had a question, before and during our stay. We will definitely be using this host and property, again. Thank you so much!!

Perfect In Every Way!!

We had a wonderful stay for two nights at this property and enjoyed it so much. It was a pre-cruise stay for 3 couples all coming from different places to then enjoy a cruise. Jeremy made sure we had everything we needed and was a delight to communicate with. We so enjoyed the space and the pool!! We got groceries and cooked during our stay and found everything we needed to do so. The home was very easy to find and close to everything the area has to offer. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay again when we get a chance!

Yearly warm up

We stayed here for 1 week and fully enjoyed our stay! We come to Florida/Cocoa Beach area every year after Hockey season to unwind and warm up enough to get us through Spring in the Mid West (North Dakota 🥶). This house was perfect for my family of 5! The kids loved the pool and the fun lights for night swimming, they used it daily! The location was ideal for us; close drive to the beach, Canaveral, Orlando, and the Brevard Zoo, in a nice quiet neighborhood with Publix and Starbucks close by! We loved the area and felt right at home! Check in was so so easy and communication was 100% quality! This house is a 5/5 and would definitely stay again! Thank you for our stay!

Great space

This is a great large space. Owner very friendly. Good location. On the negative side, the home is in desperate need of updates. I’m guessing its a 60 yr old home that has never been updated with exception of bedrooms. Cleanliness just okay. A lot of details missed. Would have been nice to have a pool heat option. House has tremendous potential.

Potential to be a great place but missed the mark.

Lighting is from 60’ - 70’s and needs to be updated. *Front porch light did no illuminate walkway and driveway. Uneven stonework walk way and fall hazard. *Pool lights did not work. Contacted manager and told they would be fixed in 2 - 3 days. Not done. *Remote controller lost. Contacted manager and told he may have to replace. Not done. Light to dim evenings/nights to use living room. Sat in kitchen. *Both toilets stopped working about 11:30 pm. Texted manager. Told he did not have plumber/emergency contact to fix. Back-up in showers. I finally got it working after 3+ hours. After I was working on problem and did not have my phone did recieve text that he could call someone. I was in middle of “stuff” and did not see text toll next morning. I cleaned and sanitized everything. *Two smoke detectors started chirping (life) but with plumbing issues and smoke detectors chirping I do not believe there is proper preventative maintenance. *Nice area and close to attractions. The weather wasn’t great for the pool but my kids didn’t care! They whole heartedly used the pool every available opportunity! Absolutely love that there’s tvs in each bedroom! Any questions were answered very quickly and check in/out was very easy and communicated effectively! So thankful to have stayed here! Would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing 2 night stay here in late March of 2026. Our family of five: Mom, Dad, 14yr old kiddo plus Aunt and Uncle all had plenty of room. Great open floorplan. Loved the kitchen and living room. Loved the patio by the pool. Weather didn’t cooperate with us so we didn’t use the pool much but overall, a great family retreat.

Nice house

Nice 3 bed, 2 bath place. Pool was great and the kids loved spending time out there. Location very close to highway making it easy to get anywhere.

The renting process was easy to do. The owner Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and fun. We had everything in the house that was needed. Jeremy was helpful in letting us know places to eat and things to do close by.

Property was nice and relaxing. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Kids really enjoy the pool. It was nice having a washer and dryer to wash clothes from coming off the beaches. Would definitely come back and stay here.

A true home away from home

I was pleased from the initial booking. The communication was immaculate! There wasn't a lengthy delay in replies. The property was as described. Close to everything we decided to endure. We made a store run and it appears the littlest thing we forgot was literally in one of the many cabinets or drawers. It definitely felt like a a home away from home. When we come back, because it just was enough time in the day to explore it all, I hope our family size doesn't exceed the max so we can book the property again. We wanted a house with a private pool, just in case we didn't make it to the beach or it rained. (It rained just about every day we were here lol) The property and owner exceeded my expectations by a mud slide. Thanks Jeremy for letting my family stay in your property! And a bigger thank you for the well wishes on my son graduation!
