At Southbound Stays, we're a husband-and-wife team who own, host, and manage our properties. As avid travelers who've experienced Cocoa Beach as both tourists and locals, our goal is to simplify travel and ensure a memorable stay for our guests. We do this by providing plentiful amenities, clear communication and a variety of travel suggestions. Whether you're a family, couple, or a group of friends, we are ready to welcome you!

❗️Important Considerations... let's be sure Lunar Beach Bungalow is the right fit for you and your group:

1. Rental Agreement: Must sign agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancelation with applicable cancelation penalties.
2. Occupancy: We allow up to 8 persons (max 6 adults) at the home at any given time, including non-overnight guests. Persons = adults, children & infants.
3. Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 21+(or active military) & an occupant of the Property.
4. Accessibility: Small step at the main entrance.
5. Transportation: Vehicle recommended although area is walkable & bikeable.
6. Fencing: Fully fenced yard, but small gaps may allow small or digging dogs to escape.
7. Fire pit: Available year-round but subject to local burn bans.
8. Sleeping Arrangements: 2 king beds, a twin daybed with trundle (2 twins total) + queen sleeper sofa.
9. Dynamic Rates: Rates vary by date. Enter exact dates for accurate pricing.
10. Saturday Check-ins/Checkouts: Not available.
11. Pets: Potty trained, well- behaved dogs allowed. Non-refundable $25/day fee (max 2). Indicate number of dogs during booking. No cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, or other non-human animals. Pet fee is additional and will be requested separately post booking. Fee is due 48 within 48 hours or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours.
12. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in Florida. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
13. Home Age: Nearly 80-years old and though renovated there are some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos.
14. Smart Home/Security: Exterior cameras at entry door and driveway (NO interior cameras), noise monitor in hallway (decibels only), and Echo devices in living and bedrooms (can be unplugged).
