The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, an open-plan living and dining area, and views across the protected wetlands from nearly every room.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and breakfast bar seating. The living room has mid-century furnishings including Eames-style seating, a large sectional, and a wall-mounted TV.



Both bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom includes a small work desk. The bathroom has been recently updated with subway tile and a walk-in shower.



In warmer months, window units and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable. In winter, baseboard and gas wall heat provide warmth.



Outside, the yard opens to unobstructed wetland views with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, and a picnic table. The bay beach is directly across the street.



Fast Wi-Fi and multiple work-friendly spots throughout. Well-suited for remote work or an extended creative retreat.

- For stays over 21 days, any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our team will reach out for details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before arrival receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Not applicable for HVMB guests.



Guest Insurance:

A guest insurance policy is included with your booking. You will be asked to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This covers incidental property damage during your stay and does not cover trip cancellation. If anything happens during your stay, let us know.
