Great stay, large group very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the kids enjoyed playing in the backyard!! Would stay again if we are in the area again!!

Enjoy Citrus county

The house is beautiful inside and out. We stayed two times nice quiet Neighborhood. Clean and well maintained. The host is great very friendly works with you she is the best. Thank you for a great stay.

Great stay for family reunion

Great location for area attractions. Beautiful backyard for socializing. Lots of room for our party of 10 to eat, hang out and sleep, only thing that would be helpful would be another bathroom for that many people.

Great stay in modern home

Our group of 10 were super comfortable in this home, it is very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the air hockey table was a nice bonus. Lots of room in the backyard and plenty of parking.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed — plus some extra games that kept the kids entertained. The location was perfect, just minutes from Homosassa, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

This is the second year that we use this property. The house is amazing. The location is perfect. We were close to everything we’re doing. I would highly recommend this property for your visit to the Citrus County area.

Clean, family friendly!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay. Very clean, kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook or grill, very kid friendly with a booster seat and pack and play and games for all ages. Hot showers. About 15 to 20 minutes away from Crystal River and three sister springs. Highly recommend!

Was very impressed

The property was very beautiful and well-kept. The check-in was a little confusing because of different property managers contacting me, but they were prompt is responding and clearing up the confusion.

Impressed!

We stayed here over Christmas vacation and it was just perfect. the place had everything we needed and much more. Our host took great care of us and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and care free. With this comfortable, safe, clean and well supplied home to return to in the evening, we were able to spend quality time during the day with family close by, refreshed and recharged by an excellent nights sleep every night. All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything to make breakfast, coffee and tea - again, all we needed and more! Looking forward to staying here again sometime. Thank you!!!!

Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our group. We had 5 adults, and 5 children under 9 years old. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The inside is updated and very clean. There is an endless supply of bath towels, washcloths, beach towels, and cookware. The outside patio and fire pit area are legit, with a full size grill. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Booking and dealing with Evolve was simple and very positive. I highly recommend Evolve and this unit.

The house is in a great location. We didn't have to drive too far to visit the local attractions. There was plenty of room in this house for all 11 of us. Everything was clean, updated and modern. We enjoyed our family vacation and would recommend this house and host.
