Launch your kayak, canoe, or boat from any of the 3 boat launches within 5 minutes from this property, also pet friendly ($100 pet fee)! Discover the hundreds of small springs, islands, canals, and inlets surrounding Homosassa Springs and Crystal River area. Come home from your fishing trip to this 4 bedroom, 2 bath spacious home on almost an acre of land with an outside concrete fireplace and RV hook up for visiting family. This is a unique home tucked away in Old Homosassa down Mason Creek! Large spaces even after you fit them all in! Spaces include as follows
Bedroom 1) 2 full beds one full bath
Bedroom 2) one bunk bed with trundle bed ( 3 twin beds total )
Bedroom 3) 2 full beds
Bedroom 4) 2 bunk beds each with trundle beds on each bunk (6 twin beds)
Living room) trundle bed, 2 twins total
Plenty of room for at least 4 boats, trailers, and there's even a spot for a camper, water and electric (30 amp) wifi included for a fee of 95$ a night. Perfect spot for a large group of scallopers and or fishing groups!!
There is a large tub in the main master bedroom with walk in shower. The other side of the house has a shower/tub combo, this house also has 2 living rooms! We have a golf cart availalbe for rental, as this is a golf cart friendly community:), please inquire.

Great Old Homosassa Spot

We stayed at this property for 2 months. It conveniently located, well kept, lots of wildlife, spacious, and comfortable.

Family vacation

Loved this place it was very spacious and clean enough room for our family. We had a great time while we were here. Very quiet neighborhood and lots to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family for a vacation place.

Great experience!!

The property was lovely, location was ideal, lots of things to do within a short walking/driving distance. Lots of wildlife in the area also. The communication with the host is one of the best experiences I have have when renting properties, always a quick response and even took the time out of her day to see if we were enjoying ourselves. Loved it would definitely recommend and rent again!!

It was further than I thought from the Publix (main road) but very doable. Large enough to accommodate everyone. Kitchen and laundry was a plus. Two large living rooms. Everything was very clean. Beds plenty- some better than others. Did not go outside, no we did not grill or anything. Raining both days. Great place for multiple families. Had a great time fishing.

Awesome house with space for 20+ people

This property is perfect for guests of up to 24 people! The house was exceptional and was ready for our surprise birthday party with over 40 guests. The amenities were exactly as listed and the guests were extremely happy with everything! I would HIGHLY recommed this property to everyone!

Family Get Together

We had 8 of us coming from 3 different states. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a good nights sleep and for the kids to play. They enjoyed going outside and looking for lizards and tiny frogs. There were deer as we drove in from our outings every evening. There are a lot of things to do nearby. So we stayed busy everyday. I would definitely stay here again.

Family trip to Homosassa to do scalloping and enjoy the springs

The place was clean and very spacious! It was bigger inside than expected. It was minutes to boat ramps & restaurants. There was plenty of parking for more than 1 truck with boat trailers and additional vehicles. Diana the host was very easy to get ahold of. This is a cool little town to visit if you like boating, fishing, visiting the springs in the area. I highly recommend it. Our families had a great time!

Fabulous Large Family Accommodations

Old Florida feel with all the modern necessities for a large family gathering. Plenty of space for our crew to spread out. We expected the kids would hang in one living space and grown-ups in the other - between board games, puzzles and big screen Mario Cart (bring an HDMI cable and your Switch) age was not the defining factor. Lots to do near by but you will need a way to transport the kayaks to the water if that's something you plan to do. Golf cart rental was offered and we highly recommend taking advantage of that option. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great get-away for our extended family summer vacation.

Amazing weekend!!

We booked for a family get away on memorial weekend. As soon as we got to the house We were welcomed with a special gift. The property is exactly what you need for a time away from home. Plenty of space. We all enjoyed the big house. Our children enjoyed all of the games they had along with the kayaks they have on property for you to use. The owners were amazing with communication and booking. The house is in the perfect location with all the fun within miles and a boat dock within a few minutes. We just checked out and already looking to book another date. See you soon!
