This is a lovely well-maintained property close to town but far enough away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there during our girls weekend!

Outstanding property!

A beautiful house with everything you could want! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and flatware and glasses of every kind. Spotless and very well maintained. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Modern house in great location

The house is in a quiet neighborhood yet very easy access to Austin hotspots. We enjoyed the hot tub and corn hole in this beautiful house. Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great house! Close to cool stuff

Myself and three girlfriends stayed in this house for three nights. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Jacuzzi was a fun bonus. The house is very close to many popular bars and restaurants. We took quick Uber rides to all sorts of places

Wonderful Home

Stayed over the weekend for the Grand Prix and Texas/Georgia game. House is very new and well kept. Housekeeping did a great job, absolutely nothing dirty or unkempt. Location is convenient to everything but somewhat close to main ways in/out of the city. Had one issue in that the bedrooms do not have window coverings; I made management aware and hopefully they invest a few hundred dollars to make this house perfect. Would stay again.

Thank you Sanford! So happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I want to clarify that we do have roll-down shades for the bedroom windows. The sliding glass doors to the balcony off the primary bedroom do not, but they are on the second story and face the backyard so we haven't had any complaints about this before. However, we truly value your feedback and are looking into options for covering the sliding glass doors so that future guests can be as comfortable as possible. It was a pleasure hosting you!

Nice new house

Property is exactly as listed, the house was clean, spacious, well stocked and close to everything we needed. The host responded promptly to any questions we had. My only issue was all the bedrooms are upstairs, and my husband and I are both in our 80's, which was a little difficult going up and down the somewhat steep stairs multiple times through out our stay and the beautiful house is on kind of a busy street. Overall it was a nice house.

Rootin' Tootin' Good Time!

We experienced Austin for the first time for my husband's 60th and had a really fun time! Austin is quieter in January than most other times of the year, so we extra enjoyed this lovely modern spacious home. The hot tub and communal areas were perfect for the 3 couples. Everything in the house worked perfectly, was clean, and nicely decorated. The only suggestions I would make are to add more seating in the living room since the couch only seats 3-4 people comfortably and add more dresser or shelving space in the 2 guest bedrooms to keep personal belongings in and on. The primary bedroom has lots of storage in the large walk-in closet. Ames, our AustinVacay contact, was very communicative and helpful - thank you so much!
