Welcome to an inviting vacation villa spread across three floors, just a short bike ride from Harbour Town's vibrant attractions. This charming space boasts an open floor plan with two walls of sliders that invite natural light, creating an airy feel. Relax on plush sofas near a large flat-screen TV or gather for meals in the dining area, adjacent to a beautifully appointed kitchen featuring shimmering black granite counters and modern appliances.

Conveniently situated on the main floor are a half bath with a pedestal sink and a discreet laundry room. Ascending the carpeted staircase to the second floor unveils two indulgent bedrooms. The first suite boasts a king-size bed, coastal tones, a ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and views of old-growth live oaks, along with an en suite featuring an extended vanity and walk-in shower. The second suite echoes the comfort and views of the first.

The top floor hosts two delightful bedrooms, perfect for younger guests, with twin beds and personal TVs. One room offers an expansive skylight for a unique "sleeping under the stars" experience. These upper-floor rooms share access to a full bath with a tub and shower.

This vacation villa offers ample space for larger groups to gather or unwind amid Hilton Head Island's lush setting, promising unforgettable moments in the heart of Sea Pines.

wonderful stay

We had a great stay. The property was very nice and true to the listing. This is an annual family trip and we especially enjoyed the location and local activities.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in the Heritage Villas! It was a convenient location between Harbour town and the beach. As parents with 3 small children we enjoyed daily walks to the playground. The villa was very roomy for 5 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again!

This villa was a great location. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The negative was that the upstairs stayed hot. We would not stay here again for this reason. Even with the ac running, the upstairs never got cool. It was uncomfortable for my kids to sleep on the third level with the twin beds.

Memorial Day week in HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great. Perfect location go bike or walk to Harbor town. 15 minute bike ride to the beach. The condo is super quiet and it was the perfect week to relax. The townhouse was very spacious - for our family of 6. The upstairs rooms do get very warm, even with the fan, like we saw on some other review. The king size beds are heaven! So comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa’s location is great, convenient to Harbourtown and an easy bike ride to beach. Very quiet and having bikes and new beach chairs included was great. However, the villa needs a lot of updating and a thorough cleaning.

Family trip

We had a wonderful time. The place could have been cleaner, the dining table has very sticky from cleaning products that were used. Found empty bottles in one of the bedroom. Very convenient for first timers to Hilton Head Island. Water damage by both sliding doors, maybe should have a rug or something Third floor bedroom very warm to correct the first floor was cold. Could use additional pots/pans in different sizes Quick response to front door knob being loose The unit worked very well for a family of 8

A Very Nice Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Sea Pines. Renting from Island Rentals was a pleasure. Once we arrived, calls made for various minor needs were handled immediately. The Keurig coffee machine, listed as an amenity, was not there. Within an hour or so it was delivered! We were able to check-in in early.Heritage Villas in Sea Pines is a wonderful place to stay! The location is great. Easy bike ride to beach and Harbourtown. The villa layouts are really nice, with outdoor seating overlooking lagoons and/or golf course holes. A big pool with lots of lounge chairs is also a plus.This unit, 2233, was lovely - clean and well-maintained -comfy furniture, nice decor, easy access, bikes and grill provided. The only missing was pots - one soup pot and one very small pot. It has lots of fry pans though! Plenty of dishes and silverware too!
