Over 1,800 square feet of generous living space awaits you in this tropical townhouse with a thoughtful layout and an easy flow. Relaxed island ambiance decorated with an understated flair. Just off the dining area is the kitchen featuring wooden cabinetry and rich granite counters. Just outside the living area is a patio where you may enjoy cocktails or that book you've been waiting to read in the perfect setting while preparing to take a dip in your own private pool. You'll never have to leave to enjoy this perfect vacation home in the fabulous Florida Keys.




Please note that slip space is not included. Grassy Key Marina is located just 2.2 miles from Duck Key for launching your boat, trailer parking, wet slips, fishing pole rentals, and live or frozen bait. Additional costs apply.




Although our rental homes are located at Hawks Cay, the Village at Hawks Cay Villas & Duck Key Condos by KeysCaribbean are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Our guests do not have access to hotel-owned amenities. Duck Key amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, Calm Waters Spa and Fitness Center (available to spa patrons), Dolphin Connection, tennis, private cruises, fishing charters, and boat rentals. There are a variety of water sports equipment rentals and charters available at Solé Watersports which operates out of Hawks Cay Marina. Their activities include kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunset cruises, and day-trips to local sand bars.

The house was well stocked with plenty of room and a gorgeous, central location. Very clean! Host was great at reaching out to make sure everyone was comfortable. Restaurant within walking distance and short drive to 7 mile bridge.

Place was great for our family for the wedding we were attending in the area. It had the number of beds and rooms needed and the pool was a great bonus. Only issue was that it is dirty on the deck and not sure if it was due to trees in the background or what. But this then made the floors inside dirty (I think). We could not walk around barefoot without leaving our feet black. Everything else was great.

50th Birthday

When we arrived late at night the AC was not working but with one phone call we were moved to another residence for that night. It was fixed and we moved back to the original house the next morning. The pool was nice, and facilities clean and inviting. Listing should note that the downstairs bedroom must shower upstairs. Side Yards could use a little TLC. WOnderful trip; we would come back.

It’s Alright

Place is not as pictured. For the price you pay, you would think it could have more upkeep. We found trash in back yard and there was a hand print on the ceiling of the kitchen. Pool is in bad need of remodeling, there is missing tile and the finishing was bad enough it cut both my children’s feet. Recommend you wear water shoes if you plan on swimming. There is broken and lifted tiles throughout the downstairs and upstairs, so you might want to wear shoes inside too. Don’t plan on cooking big extravagant meals either, there is like no cooking pots or pans. And when they say keep doors shut, you better do so. The down stairs gets so hot and you’re not allowed to bring air below 73. And WiFi… forget it. TV wouldn’t couldn’t to WiFi and neither would phones if all you plan on doing is sleeping, great. But if you plan on spending the majority of your time in your VRBO, look someplace else.

Great location but the property needs some work

Great location!! But the home needs some love. I would say that the pool needs the most work, as the floor is razor sharp! The kids fit are full of small cuts because the pool floor isn’t even and had pieces of it missing. The pool water wasn’t so clean and didn’t smell like chlorine, and that was a little concerning. The pool stairs railing was very loose and can be dangerous if you don’t hold in tight enough. The deck by the pool seems old and is uneven in some areas, I recommend wearing shoes. Also do not count on using the bbq in this home. It isn’t allowed per signage and isn’t approved by the fire marshal. The beds and rooms were fairly clean and the kitchen as well. The interior and exterior furniture needs some deep cleaning. Although the home seemed clean, the furniture is full of stains. The tiles inside the home are a dark red Spanish style floor that is very nice but I did mask how dirty they were until we saw the bottom of the kids feet even after a bath. Washer and dryer is an available amenity which is a great plus! The dryer is a bit old and takes a lot of time to dry anything. Overall check-in and checkout experience was easy. Not sure if I would come back unless the items above were improved. I hope this helps and the items above get the love they need. Thank you!
