Other Things to Note:

- The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.

- Located In Kings Point HOA Community, where you have additional access to clubhouse, 2 community pools & 4 Tennis courts.

- Please note: Outdoor amplified sound is not permitted per city ordinance.

- Weekly pool maintenance on Tuesdays & Fridays to ensure that everything remains pristine.

- Pool Heating fee may be added for $75.00 per day October 1 - May 31.

- Trash pick up every Friday.

- VRBO cancellations will have a minimum of a 5% cancellation fee.

- Pet Fee of $200 per pet. Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.

- $75 Damage Waiver Fee charged to every reservation.
