Originally built in the late 1950s and recently meticulously renovated by the acclaimed Palm Springs design team H3K Home + Design, this iconic property was selected as a featured tour home during Modernism Week 2026 and has also been highlighted in Atomic Ranch magazine. Defined by classic post-and-beam architecture, soaring ceilings, and dramatic walls of glass, the home celebrates the effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle Palm Springs is famous for. The thoughtful renovation honors the home’s midcentury roots while introducing elevated modern comforts, designer furnishings, and carefully curated finishes.
Inside, gleaming white floors, art-forward interiors, and stylish mid-mod furnishings create a space that feels both nostalgic and fresh.
