Impresionantes vistas al mar

Este condominio es el ÚNICO condominio de una habitación con cama en Isla 33. Tiene un dormitorio separado que no debe confundirse como un estudio. Las vistas son impresionantes tanto en la sala de estar (y la cocina) como en la habitación. El sofá puede convertirse en una cama queen si es necesario. Isla 33 se encuentra a mitad de la isla en el hermoso lado caribeño turquesa de la isla, lejos del bullicio y el turismo del centro de la ciudad, a pocos pasos de Mango Cafe (uno de los restaurantes más populares de Isla). Esta ubicación es perfecta para tomar un 5 min. Taxi a las famosas playas de arena blanca de Isla Mujeres. O diríjase al sur a solo 5 minutos hacia Puna Sur. Esta es una comunidad de condominios de lujo con guardias y el ÚNICO estacionamiento subterráneo en la isla. Un ascensor que te lleva por la puerta de entrada si no tienes ganas de subir las escaleras.
Hay 3 piscinas para elegir si no te apetece ponerte arenoso un día, ¡una de ellas tiene un borde negativo en el techo! Puedes ver la puesta de sol desde allí, y puedes ver cómo se eleva desde el balcón de la habitación o las enormes ventanas de la sala de estar. La sala de baño tiene dos lavabos, una zona de inodoro separada, y la mejor presión de agua en la ducha que he experimentado en México :) Me encanta este condominio y estoy seguro de que usted también lo hará.

Great Little Getaway

Great place with a beautiful view and rooftop pool. Central location that allows easy access to all of the island. The condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Perfect for a few days away.

Just a wonderful, beautiful place to stay. Ocean views right out your front window! The place was clean and great! Our host was just amazing as well with communication and taking care of us. I highly recommend staying!!

Perfect Couple Getaway

Isla 33 doesn’t disappoint. It’s a good mid island location with great amenities! Since we traveled without a crew this time we booked the 1 bedroom unit. Well appointed And the owner and manager are very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I visited Isla Mujeres and chose to stay in this one bedroom unit. The view is unbelievable! I loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the northern part of the island, yet close enough to drive back and forth to the beach, restaurants, etc. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed the scenic drive back and forth. The unit is clean, well furnished, great air conditioning and has a very comfortable king size bed. The owners and property manager were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We plan on making this an annual trip and will definitely choose this condo on our next visit. Perfecto!

Just...Wow!

Amazing place! Many people visit Isla Mujeres from Cancun and then don't want to go back to their hotel. Here's the perfect place. Situated above some cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea, this spacious 1 bedroom condo offers great views. Both sets of windows open wide to enjoy the breeze off the ocean (although I would suggest morning/evening when it's cooler). Access to 3 nice pools, 2 at the ground level and one on the rooftop. There is also a viewing area on the roof where you can see the entire island. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops mid island. Always someone in the lobby and parking garage keeping an eye on the place. One of the best places I have stayed, including many hotels. Definitely worth it!

Tranquil, peaceful condo.

This was our first visit to Isla Murjeres. We loved the island and this condo was the perfect place for us to stay. It was roomy, had a cozy vibe to it, had everything we needed for our stay and you can't beat the view. The bed was super comfy, too. The shower was super roomy, but it does take a long time for the hot water to heat up. Once it does though, it is super hot. :) You will definitely need take a taxi or rent a golf cart to get around the island, from this condo. (We loved driving the golf cart around.) The owner and the property manager were easy to work with and always responded quickly to anything we asked them. The previous tentents had broke the TV, in the living room, but that was no big deal for us, because there was a TV in the bedroom that we could use to stream our shows. We will definitely be back to Isla Mujeres and this condo! Thank you, Kimberly, for letting us use it. It was a great home away from home, for us!

Nice place, not great manager/owner

First I love Isla and have been there many times. I’ve never stayed at Isla 33. It was a very nice property. We had some difficult communication from manager prior to arrival but eventually got in. It was difficult to get some questions answered about how to use things and to get the water working upon arrival. Eventually got it all figured out with neighbors help, not the property manager. Then the bedroom TV didn’t work. Which normally isn’t a big deal except I’m used to working nights and needed it since most things are closed down overnight. It took 2 days to get somebody out to look at it. Then when somebody came out he said it’s been broke for months! The owner wouldn’t buy a new one. I have an email from the owner that says they didn’t know anything about it. To be honest if the owner would be straight forward and honest I can appreciate that as stuff is expensive on the island. But don’t lie to me and say you don’t know anything about it and it’s too expensive to fix and hard to find one!!! I was at Chedraiu the next day and for 400$ they had 20 of them sitting there. So overall great complex and property. For the money I will not recommend a property owner that isn’t honest to us or the islanders so I would recommend staying at another Isla 33 property all day, just not this one!

Eric, I'm truly sorry there wasn't a television in the bedroom and for those of you who read reviews most properties on the island don't even offer that, but in fairness, my property did say there was a TV in the bedroom. I don't live on the island constantly. that is my home and I appreciate TV in the bedroom however Erick that's an absolute truth about me miscommunicating with you and saying I couldn't afford a TV or whatever that is that's just nonsense, and you heard from who it was been broken for months. Why did you email me that because no one told me that it would've been taken care of? I take pride in my home away from home as you could note from all the other details that you didn't mention, and as far as the property manager goes Permanent property manager happened to be on vacation and I had to use more of my maintenance kind of guy as my property manager so I apologize that you had bad communication. Judging from your review be your fault because I'm a pretty good communicator not a great Texter, but obviously , I'm working off my phone voice responsibility fixed a couple of days but it would take a couple of days because that's just how it is on the island sorry but anyone has been there long enough knows. I hope you had a good vacation despite being on Paradise and not having a TV in your bedroom And 52 inch one in the living room sorry about that and feel free not to stay here again thank you.

Wonderful relaxing week in paradise

PRO: loved the location (being away from the touristy downtown) with incredible views of the ocean, amazing access to a great oceanside walking path, and just a short golf cart ride away to the main grocery, having 3 pools to choose from was dreamy, huge shower, great AC, very comfortable, underground garage was the cherry on top, and LOVE that it’s dog friendly! CONS: no dishwasher, can’t swim in the ocean near the condo (it’s too rocky and the cliff was too steep to get to the beach), communication with the property manager was initially limited but then it got much better

Great hosts!

Kimberly and Ansony were awesome to work with and very accommodating! We booked last minute and needed to drop our bags as we were in-between places. They were quick to respond and the unit is in a great location mid island with an awesome view. We very much enjoyed our stay with them for our honeymoon!

Perfect island getaway for two

This is our 6th trip to Isla Mujeres and this apartment has been our absolute favorite place to stay. We love the central location, as it is much quieter than staying in Playa Norte. The apartment itself is located in a very safe and well-maintained building with round-the-clock security (which I can attest to as I was bringing our elderly dog downstairs for 3am bathroom runs most nights) and Kimberly allowed us to use her parking space for the golf cart we rented. The property manager Ansony was incredibly helpful & responsive. While the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, the kitchen sink was barely a dribble. One text to Ansony and he was right over to clean out the faucet filter and all was running smoothly. Great AC, super comfy couch and hammock- we would happily stay there again.

Great location

I would definitely rent again! Place was super clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a garage section to rent our golf cart. Will definitely be back.

Great location and communication.

I sure do miss the sound of the ocean through the window. The location in the middle of the island was perfect. It is close enough to the action by golf cart, but far enough away to relax. The communication was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home away from home. <3

Beautiful View

Amazing sunrises! Within walking distance of a few restaurants. We rented a golf cart and were able to explore the entire island. Only downside is road noise from passing vehicles. Difficult to sleep with the window and sliding door open. Other than that, it was awesome!
