Close-to-everything, luxury vacation home with luxury decor is fully equipped with everything what you need. All linens, towels and crockery provided. 20 minutes away from all Disney parks, shopping outlets and all kind of restaurants. Luxuriously furnished 4 bedrooms/3 washrooms villa with newly redecorated and renovated own swimming pool and spa turned into air-bubbled jacuzzi. Beautiful lake view from pool deck. Brand new kitchen with granite countertop, Kitchenaid small appliances, as well as all appliances.
Tiles in entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms and all 4 bedrooms are carpeted. The first master bedroom has a king size bed and private TV with private double sliding door to the patio and pool area. The second master suite has a queen size bed and private TV with private double sliding door to the patio and pool area as well. Bedrooms 3 and 4 sharing one bathroom and have 2 queen beds and double bank beds with private TVs. Could accommodate up to 12 people. Private deck with pool enclosure fully equipped with sun furniture. Fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Central AC/ Heating. Cleaning and disinfecting are done before and after each stay. All 1800 square feet of this property is yours to enjoy.
Local base maintenance company will be looking after you with emergency line 24/7. Free Wi-Fi, free calling within USA and TV programming.

Home was wonderful in quiet neighborhood . The kids enjoyed spending their spare time in the pool, playing air hockey and playing pool. Parks were conveniently close.. our host kept in contact periodically through the week making sure everything was going well. We arrived earlier than planned our host allowed us early access so we could begin our vacation.

The host was amazing! After having bad experiences elsewhere with hosts who were awful, Yan was the complete opposite. Everything went so smoothly. Nothing was too much to ask or a hassle. Whenever we messaged, we got a response very promptly. Will definitely use this host again and recommend them. The villa was lovely and our baby loved the swimming pool!

Orlando trip 2025

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We stayed for 1 week and location was great for parks. We had great communication with the owners and the management when needed. They definitely went out of the way to make sure we had a great time!!! Would stay again!

Great Vacation Home

The house was extremely clean and in a very family friendly neighborhood. Yan, the home owner, was very quick in responding to questions and in the booking process. He checked in on us to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We really felt like he was doing all that he could to make sure we enjoyed our vacation!

The host was very responsive and pleasant. The check-in was seamless and the place was clean upon arrival. It is very well equipped with new appliances and everything we needed to cook and eat, as well as fun activities for the kids to do. The property backing onto a pond area was fantastic as we were able to see various waterfowl throughout our stay. We used the heated pool every day. The beds were comfortable and the laminate and tile floor made it easy to keep the place clean. The neighbourhood is quiet. Our vacation had excellent value at this location. We recommend this place.

Fantastic vacation home

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed and a great pool, that we used a lot in the heat. Communication with the host and management team was excellent and when we had an issue, they came to check it out in 15 minutes and had a repair person out to fix it within a few hours. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood We will stay here again when we are back in Orlando area.

Davis Family Summer Vacation

I submitted a review on this home already but let me just reiterate that our family truly enjoyed staying there. The house was very clean, there was an abundance of kitchen equipment and utensils. The furnishings throughout the house were well maintained. The air conditioning works great. The pool, gas grill and outside furniture was great. The house is located in a well established community and feels very safe. Grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations and most dining restaurants are just minutes from the property. The house has an excellent game room with several games and bikes for the children to enjoy. The house is also next to a pond which added to the scenic views to enjoy during your morning coffee time. Great home to stay in while visiting Disney.

A fantastic 17 day stay in Florida

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious villa—perfect for a large family. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a blender, coffee machine, and plenty of plates and utensils. There was lots of hanging space with hangers, a hair dryer, and every room had a TV with Roku and fast Wi-Fi throughout.The modern washer and dryer were a great help during our longer stay. My son loved the basketballs, air hockey, table football, and bikes, all free to use.The villa is in a great location, around 20 minutes from Disney and Universal without toll roads, which was a bonus. Our son especially loved watching the lake out back and spotting baby alligators!The air conditioning could have been a bit colder (though as a Brit, that’s just my preference), but everything else was spot on.A big thanks to Yan, the host, who was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, which made everything run smoothly.Highly recommend this villa for a comfortable and fun-filled Florida getaway!

Wonderful

We loved this home. It is close to Universal & Disney, and located centrally between the Gulf & the Atlantic. The owner, Mr. Tkach, was wonderful to work with, very informative and helpful, eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless when we arrived, spacious and tastefully decorated, and was excellent for our large family.The kitchen has everything one could possibly need & more, with every cabinet stocked full of everything one needs to cook. The pool/hot tub overlooking the pond was my favorite part, watching the wildlife while relaxing was definitely an added bonus. The showers were also amazing, new with great pressure, multiple settings & sprays, which was perfect after a long day in the FL heat. If you're looking for a centrally based home for your adventures in Florida, I highly recommend renting this home. We had a wonderful time.

Everything you need!

The home had everything we needed for our stay with more than enough space for our family of 5. An entire bedroom we didnt even need to use. The kids enjoyed the darts and shooting pool as well as swimming in the pool. Appliances were nice. Showers were amazing. The host/owner kept in touch and was extremely easy to work with. Our schedule changed and brought us into town early and he was able to accommodate letting us in early. The area is nice with a grocery store within two miles and plenty of places to eat, tho we didnt try any of them. The garage had a high chair and stroller (tho we are beyond needing those items) and i think i may have seen a pack and play in one bedroom closet. There were various size bikes in the garage but we didnt use those as we were busy and i believe the tires needed air, so bring a pump if you do want to ride them. Cabinets in the bathroom need updating due to some type of water damage, but that didnt affect our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Getaway a Short Distance from Disney

We arrived in Orlando for a conference and moved to the VRBO for our 2nd week in FL. It was a good drive from the Orange County Convention Center (took a little less than an hour with heavy traffic). We visited Disney Parks for 3 days of our stay and it was a quick 20-25 minutes, even with a little traffic during morning/evening rush hours. There were plenty of shopping, grocery, and restaurants in the area, so we didn't have to go far for anything.We enjoyed time in the pool each day, had plenty of space for our family of five, and had plenty of amenities to prepare meals and enjoy the stay. The master bedroom gets quite warm during the day, so we used a fan to blow cool air from the living area in the room at bedtime, which was enough to make it comfortable. The kids like the "fancy" shower with the color changing lights. There were plenty of towels in every bathroom, and extra towels for the pool. We used the grill and ate on the pool deck a couple of times. We used the washer and dryer, dishwasher, and stove and all were in good working order and easy to use.We really enjoyed all the local wildlife as we sat outside. Lots of birds, lizards, turtles, and even a small alligator were spotted during our stay. Lots of families walking the neighborhood each day, felt very safe and welcoming. We saw the water damage other visitors had noted, but it didn't effect our stay. Overall, it was a a good place to stay for a great price.

Pictures are deceiving

The owner was great at communicating! We were impressed how often he reached out, even prior to staying. Half of our family arrived the first day late at night, exhausted, so we basically came in and went to sleep after checking the place out a little. The next day was all the errands you do to get ready for the week and picking up the remainder of our family. We had noticed a few some unclean things, but we weren’t too worried about it as we know things can be missed. The longer we were actually in the house, the more we realized was not clean. Dirty dishes in the cupboards, mirrors, bathroom vanities, kitchen counters not wiped down. I don’t believe the place had been swept or mopped in a while as there was hair everywhere. I don’t mean a strand here and there, there would be a dust bunny of hair that would roll out from under the bed. Two out of the three showers have quite a bit of mold as well as water damage to the bottom of the vanities in both those same bathrooms, which I assume would have mold as well. When we realized that, I reached out to the owner and he had the property manager call me. Her response was that they had cleaned the mold and if I needed she would send a cleaner to come “wipe the windows off”. She was rude and blamed us for not reaching out sooner and said that the owner is aware he needs to remodel which was not said anywhere in the listing. The pool was nice though. Also, if you do stay, bring your own washcloths as they don’t provide a single one

Hi Jade, Thank you, but we need to be honest: you came at 3.15 PM and not at night, as you mentioned. Your car was parked at the villa and noticed by my Management company, who was working at another villa., Second, you contact me on a 4 (!) days of your stay to mention about the cleaning and asked for the refund of your stay. I did everything possible to have you to be satisfied and proposed the FREE extra cleaning, which you denied, Instead you contacted VRBO to have a refund, but wanted to stay at the villa until end of your reservation. This shows to me that you wanted to get your money back and to enjoy your vacation time. This does work in this life. I was in constant contact with you and offer so many things to help you, but you only wanted your money back. Also and just FYI, you left a villa in a very dirty condition so my cleaning crew were need to spend double time to clean the villa for another guests coming in. I will recommend you to rent another place if you will be in Orlando since will not be able to accommodate you again. My best regards, Yan
