The Cowboy Pool (stock tank pool) comes with a cover to be used when not in use. Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times when near the Cowboy or in the backyard area.

Your homestay is located in the historic and culturally diverse Lonestar Neighborhood of downtown San Antonio! Casa Pajaritos is strategically located on the border of the Lonestar & King Williams district just south of downtown San Antonio, close enough to engage in all the activities, but far enough to enjoy the peace & tranquility of an easy-going neighborhood. Lonestar is a safe, quiet, vibrant, and down-to-earth working class neighborhood where neighbors look out for each other. Although parts of the neighborhood like Saint Francis Avenue may seem a little run down or aged, we assure you that the area is very safe and worth getting to know.

Casa Pajaritos prides itself on working alongside a beautiful Latino community of the Lonestar district that forms the backbone of the greater San Antonio population. We employ local working-class families within the neighborhood (particularly our neighbors) to ensure that the property is well taken care of and that our valued guests have safe and trustworthy neighbors to look after them.


***For insurance and liability purposes, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement Form & Waiver via our secure Guest Portal link provided by Hostaway upon booking, so as to ensure safety and compliance in renting our property. By booking with us, you automatically agree to review and sign the Rental Agreement Form. If you do not agree, then it is mandatory for you to cancel your reservation within 48 hours to receive a full refund.

- Casa Pajaritos allows a maximum of two vehicles parked in the driveway. There is additional street parking should guests need additional space, but additional parking location is chosen at guests` own discretion & risk, considerate and respectful of the adjacent driveways of neighbors.
- All guests intending to use the Cowboy Pool must fully bathe themselves preemptively of entering the water.
- No glass, food, and/or alcohol is permitted inside of the Cowboy Pool.
- Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times when near the Cowboy or in the backyard area.
- If guests choose to use the Cowboy Pool, they agree to swim at their own risk and waive any right to pursue liability claims against Holistic Homestays LLC, property owners, and/or managers.
- Any guests intending to use the firepit does so at their own risk & discretion.
- Early Check-In or Late Check-out is an additional service we offer for $49 based on calendar availability of incoming guests and cleaner schedules.
- Up to 4 maximum, first pet is $179, each additional pet is $49.
- Any extra guests exceeding 6 shall be charged $49 per person for extra cleaning & supply replenishment.


*There is a public train system in the neighborhood nearby which can be heard during the day and occasionally in the night. By booking with Holistic Homestays, the guest acknowledges the possibility of external noise, and furthermore agress that under any condition, Casa Pajaritos by Holistic Homestays is in no way responsible for ambiental noise or disturbances from the surrounding environment outside of the property limits.
