The Space:

Summerwind West features unit 503. The vacation rental has a very calming green color theme. The unit is very nicely decorated and has a show of the beach with pelicans and chests throughout. This beautiful home is beachfront and has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen area is fully equipped to handle any cooking request that might come your way. The glassed dining room table sits atop a big chest and features a nice iron light fixture. This is a perfect setting for a nice relaxing meal in a beautiful home on Navarre Beach. As you get comfortable after a meal you can relax on two sofas with blue and green palm trees while watching TV. A nice ceiling fan rounds out this comfortable room. The primary bedroom features an en sutie bathroom and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony for your own little piece of paradise.

I was very happy with my stay. No complaints at all. The 5th floor was a perfect vantage point from the water. We saw a lot of dolphins one morning.We have always rented a 5 bdroom on Bahia. I decided to extend the stay a few days... Glad I did !

We had a great time! The verbiage is incorrect, it’s the 5th floor, but did not effect our stay. Balcony over looking the pool and beach. I will add, if you do not plan on renting the beach chairs (which was only 50 for the day) then plan on getting out there early (like 5:30am) to set your tent/chairs up. Reality gets taken up very quickly!!

Nice Condo with great views.

This is a nice property that seems to be well cared for. The cleanliness was good. Some of the cabinetry is showing its age in the kitchen. Great ocean views. We would stay in this condo again.

Comfortable condo, beautiful view

The view of the beach from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. So relaxing to sit out with coffee every morning and watch the surfers and look for dolphins. The complimentary umbrella service on the beach was a great perk. The condo itself was nice, clean and comfortable. A few additions to kitchen items would be good. I would recommend this condo for families looking for a relaxing time at the beach.

Accommodations were just OK. Washing machine stunk, 2nd shower didn’t drain well, all TV'S had 3 or 4 remotes which were very confusing. Never could get master bedroom TV on. Living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. Master bed frame was not attached to headboard. Slid on floor when you moved in bed. Mold on shower curtain liners.

Nice stay

Did have a coffee pot even though I could not find it in the listing. Needed a pan to cook biscuits but had plenty of pots and skillets. Decorative pillows had stains but I'd say it was decently clean. Restaurant next door was convenient. Sand toys and night time cabbing supplies were an unexpected bonus. Don't forget your own coffee and there were coffee filters for us but maybe not everytime.

Not up to Par

Navarre and the location is always great but this condo left us feeling slighted. Leaking ceiling onto the bed. Not enough bath towels, no can opener, broken dishes, no mop, no rugs, paper thin bedding, and the condo needs repairs. Either the owner is cheap or the management company is not doing a great job. We talked to them. They were indifferent and offered no apology or discount for the future. They brought some extra towels but that’s it. Save your money and rent a place where you will get quality for your money.
