Roaches and Ants Infestation
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing and joyful time with family turned into an experience filled with numerous issues, some of which posed safety and health concerns.
The issues encountered include:
1. Roach and Ant Infestation:
The property had a severe roach and ant infestation, which not only made our stay uncomfortable but also resulted in the loss of food and groceries. This was both unsanitary and distressing, especially during a holiday centered around shared meals.
2. Broken Furniture:Several pieces of furniture in the home were broken, rendering them unusable and creating safety hazards. This was unacceptable and further detracted from the comfort of our stay.
3.Holes in Walls:Visible holes in the walls added to the poor condition of the property and raised serious questions about the general upkeep and maintenance of the home.
4. Unsafe Pool Gate:The pool gate could not close securely, posing a significant safety risk, particularly as we had small children in the house. This negligence placed unnecessary stress on our family and created an unsafe environment.
5. WiFi Issues: The WiFi password was changed during our stay without any notification, leaving us without internet access until the issue was resolved.
6. Unfulfill pest control however, maintenance is the only one who showed up.
