The Beach House property is a beautiful property located right on the beach which is also very beautiful. The unit itself is very nice ,it was suitable for 4 people but it is in need of some TLC.

The perfect place to stay

Our favorite island beach just steps from away from a beautifully decorated beach ambience condo, we loved staying here! The right amount of space for a family of 5, well supplied kitchen, it was easy to relax and enjoy the views from the patio. The host was great at communicating. We hope to be back again soon!

What a wonderful stay in a well appointed and well equipped property. Very comfortable for my family of 5 and so close to the ocean! A special treat was the espresso machine that we enjoyed. With the large deck we even hosted friends for dinner on the patio. We will definitely be back.

Great get away!

Had a fabulous 2 night stay. This is a beautiful well appointed home. Loved the quick walking access to the gorgeous beach. Enjoyed the large deck and well appointed kitchen. We will be back!

Great stay

Beautiful and comfortable unit close to the beach and water. There is also a nice area in front of the units where kids can play. Kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the nice patio deck. I would certainly come back.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Enjoyed beach walks, relaxing on the deck (great fireplace unit) and close proximity to parks and hiking. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Lovely decor.

Home away from home

What a wonderful stay! The townhouse has everything you’d need in a long stay, and was staged so nicely. It felt like a luxurious hotel. The bed in the master was super comfortable, the patio had great views of the ocean/beach and the kitchen had all the basic cooking pantry supplies as well as the equipment to make or bake almost anything! The suite was also so clean! Small touches here and there like beach towels, and board games. We will be booking this place again! FYI: Your code won’t work until the exact check-in time!

Chilling at Saratoga.

The property is nicely appointed. We did have to wash the dishes as they were not clean and the espresso maker was also not cleaned properly. I had to soak the steam wand in hot water to remove the goo! We had some challenges with the heating, difficult to figure out and the host did not reply to m messages.

Clean beautiful unit within very short walk to beach

This rental property had everything we needed being so close to the beach . The heated bathroom floor in the en suite bathroom was a nice addition. Gas throughout the kitchen , bbq plus a fire pit was also great . The cleanliness and organization throughout the unit also excellent ! The 4pm check in to me seems late, especially when you have to check out at 10am . I requested an early check-in twice with the property manager, but she never replied back to me . Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this host, but the unit was beautiful :)

Renter beware! This host changed the dates of our stay without our permission, forcing us to move to another rental partway through our vacation. When we arrived, the cleanliness level was sub-par. We found what appeared to black mold spots on the bed sheets, urine stains on 2 of the 3 toilet seats, handprints on the sliding doors and glass railing, a glob of salad dressing in the fridge, and black dog hair and crumbs on the living room room. We took photos and sent them to the host, Komal. At first, she was compassionate and asked how she could make it right. As we were texting about possible solutions, she completely ghosted us and we never heard from her again. Now, we're working with VRBO corporate on a resolution. The photos of this property are so beautiful, but unfortunately reality didn't live up to expectations. If you're looking for a stress-free vacation in a clean rental, look elsewhere!
