Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.



This charming Beach and Tennis studio is ready for occupancy and the photos are current. It's located on the 5th floor of building 1 - right at the front of the property, which means closest to the beach and Docs Restaurant! This studio comes stocked with everything you should need for your Florida getaway. Start your day out on the private lanai over looking one of the two community pools, or with a morning stroll to the beach. Finish off your long beach day with a cocktail at Docs across the street and a view of the gorgeous Gulf sunset. Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Imperial River, the Beach & Tennis condo community is comprised of (5) 10-story towers overlooking the Gulf, just across from Bonita Beach Park.



Property features include:



500 square feet of pleasantly decorated studio space, sleeping up to 4 guests



This is one of the unique units at the complex that has a partial wall almost completely separating the living area from the sleeping space, making it easy for 4 people to share the studio space. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV with community provided cable package and sliding glass doors open to the sun-filled, 5th floor screened lanai.



The sleeping area has a king bed, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan for added comfort; close the pocket door on the partial wall and you can visually divide the two spaces for privacy.



The freshly updated bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower.



The kitchen comes equipped with granite counters, full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, silverware and basic kitchen small-appliances.



The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed lanai where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and glimpses of the Gulf to the west. Impact windows throughout help keep the condo quiet from outside noises.



Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.



All bed linens, bath and beach towels are included.



Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is in building 1.



While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5-building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



This unit is provided with a travel size set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and1 roll of paper towels. Once these items run out, they are not replenished.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
