The condo was in a good area. One bedroom had a terrible moldy/urine smell, which gave me a huge headache and resulted on sleeping on the sofa. I told the owner, but they never addressed it or responded to my concerns.

Great time needs up date

Had a great time. Maintenance around the property was lacking. Stayed on property 2 years ago and things were kept up . Our place was nice but could be up dated . Needs new pots and pans very beat up. Also the thermostat was messed up. Was extremely hot at night then would get cold at times during the day. Would stay again but would try different apartment.

This complex is nice. There isn't a bad view from any balcony. Like location and parking. Quiet. Our unit however was very tired. Need to dust ALL surfaces. There are loose tiles. The one in front of sink caught a few times and pinched my foot. The tv in living room was only useful if you had dvds. The hooks are broken in both bathrooms. The toilet in front bathroom doesn't flush well. The kitchen pots pans, skillets bowls were a jumbled mess. Unit , we think below us, had smokers-both cigarette and weed which is difficult to police for sure. This unit has lots of potential if fixed up. Definitely NOT worth the money we paid.

Miscommunication from Property Manager

Great location, but galley kitchen /dining room/living room was tight and bathroom in rough shape. Arrived at unit within an hour note on windshield threatening to tow car as there was no parking permit called to get one told could not use carport at unit which was wrong. Received both correct and incorrect information regarding parking which was frustrating given there was a looming threat of being towed. Also came back to unit to find maintenance worker inside. A notice sent to us just before they showed up so we didn’t know about it. I realize they needed to address the issue but it speaks to the fact the bathroom needs to be renovated and that shouldn’t be taking place while we are staying there. Disappointed as I have had better rental experiences in the area before.

After speaking with the condo association, we were given the correct information on their newly implemented policy. The plumbing leak in the wall was unexpected and had to be addressed immediately.
