Welcome to our ample 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Canberra`s south - Tuggeranong.
You can access all the property`s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
`BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
To Turn On the Stovetop Cooker:
1. First, you need to switch on the H/plate switch on the wall.
2. Then press the power button on the stove for 5 seconds.
3. Then choose which side of the stove then adjust the heat by pressing the button.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use. TV has access to all local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
There are 2 car parks available on the basement and free street parking but during the day it is time to 1 or 2 hr but after hours it is not timed.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s BBQ area throughout your stay. BBQ area is in the main courtyard area near the visitor parking.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
Your keys are stored off-site at `ENVY - 1 Drew Street, Greenway`, 300 metres from your accommodation.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
It’s conveniently located near the local shopping centre and Government offices, and only a short walk to local parks and Lake Tuggeranong. You’ll find it to be a great base for exploring attractions in the south of the ACT including Tidbinbilla and the Deep Space Communications Complex.
The closest bus station is a 500m walk. To get to the city take Bus 313 - 30 minutes. To get to the Woden Bus Station take Bus 343 - 16 minutes.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Please note: Internet/ Wi-Fi is currently unavailable at the property. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
Please also review the key house rules below:
1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.
2. No Smoking or Pets
- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.
3. Cleaning
- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only
- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
