Baño completo con bañera y ducha y lavadora y secadora en el baño. cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar. La sala tiene 2 sofás-cama que son las dos reinas. Atraque su bote o use los dos kayaks o dos tablas de pie que se incluyen en el alquiler para explorar Upper Silver Lake. House was as expected & we had very clear directions from the owner. The location was perfect, close enough to Silver Lake but away from the crowd. Using the kayaks and fishing rods was a fun family experience. My only caution is use of firepit may drive bugs into the bedrooms, since they are close by and use window a/c units.

We had such a an AMAZING time at this cute little cottage! There were 9 of us total. 3 kids and 6 adults and it was a little tight because we didn't use the top bunks of the beds for the little ones but we figured it out and all was well! I really can't say enough about the location too! Being right on the canal gave us the opportunity to safely be outside , play in the beach and comfortably use the kayaks and paddle boards provided . The kids also loved that there were 2 fishing poles in the front closet so we got some works and they were pulling out blue gill left and right! We released all of course. This little home just really helped us create so many family memories that none of us will ever forget. Thank you so much ! We will definitely be renting again along with hopefully their neighboring property as well!! So much love from the Balcom family!

Great getaway!

We had a great long weekend! The owners were very helpful and responsive before our visit. The house was perfect for our family and it was located on a very quiet part of the lake. The kayaks were a great addition and fun for everyone!

We had a great time! The cottage is set up nicely and has everything you need. Clean and well equipped. We are very responsible pet owners and were glad to be able to bring Gibbs ... it is nice to find people who rent nice cottages to dog owners and realize that most of the time, it is their owners who need to be watched! This was a perfect location to our home away from home ... and parking was fantastic for truck and sand rail. We hope you will rent to us again soon!! Thanks for sharing your home.

It’s was everything that the listing said! Great little cottage that’s dog friendly with wood floors. Only negative is sharing beach / dock with neighboring cottage.

Great family vacation at the lake

We had an awesome time at this property. The listing is very accurate as described. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids, plus our dogs. It was very family & pet friendly. Great times all around. We spent a lot of time out on the deck or at the dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were a huge hit. What a fun way to soak up the beauty of the lake. Very convenient location for our interests. The shared dock worked out well for our needs. The neighbors that were there during our stay had children as well, so they got to play together a bit. The kids enjoyed that! There was no one staying in the other house for the second half of our stay, so having the beach/dock all to ourselves was a nice treat. The owners were really communicative, helpful, and kind. Overall, highly recommend.

Short family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean and homey! The kitchen has everything you may need to cook and eat off of. The kids enjoyed fishing right outside the home. Close to the dunes etc. Would stay here again!

Cottage on the lake

We had a great time! The cottage was very cute and directly on the water. Having the paddle boards & kayaks on site was a huge plus! We go to the dunes at least once a year but have never stayed on upper silver lake. We definitely will again. The owners were very nice and very quick to respond. The cottage had everything we needed!

Perfect little get away!

Property was very clean! They provided almost everything you may need that you don't think of. Everything from paper towels to trash bags. Laundry soap was the only thing we wished we had! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Close proximity to the dunes. Driveway is big enough to fit toys for the dunes. We had 9 adult men; it's a tight fit with that many, but can be done. Clean house, good location.

Clean and upscale lake house in a great location

Everything we needed was here, and many outdoor spaces to sit and socialize. Perfect for a family gathering and to keep everyone close and comfortable. The host was great to work with and it’s obvious that she pays close attention to this property.

Silver Lake Stay

Everything was wonderful. I would update that the ice maker does not work, and not handicap easy, but wasn't an issue, we got my mother in-law in and out. It was a great time! So many things to do are close and the town was very friendly. The owners are on top of communication as well. I would recommend it to all age ranges and outdoor loving people. Also the house itself as plenty of activities. The bluegill never stopped biting.

Upper Silver Lake Cottage

Great cottage on beautiful Upper Silver Lake!! We made use of the paddle boards to explore the Lake. The cottage is on a canal leading to the lake and has a very nice beach and Dock. The Cottage is very nice and has everything you need. For sure would rent again.

Long sand dunes weekend

Charming Upper Silver lake house. Felt very homey. Loved that the owners allowed our dog and that we could leave unopened food and drink for others and not have to throw everything away. That waste has always bothered me when we visit the area. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We call ourselves the Gowell Gang and we currently reside in Milford Michigan. My husband grew up on Silver Lake in a family owned cottage and then spent his summers on Lake Michigan just down the road from there. As a family we have vacationed/visited this area for the last 30+ years. When we don't have this place rented out - we will be the family staying here and enjoying Upper Silver Lake!

We bought this property because we love the Silver Lake area. Upper Silver Lake is a quiet and beautiful lake that is just around the corner from all the fun activities at Silver Lake (dune rides, go carts, shopping, etc.)

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home has plenty of parking for you and your guests. Beautiful brick fire pit for bon fires under the stars! Bring your own boat or jet ski and dock it right outside the door at our dock. We own this cottage and the one next door (to the left if you are looking at the lake). You will be in your own "space" but we do not have property lines on the beach area. If you want shade, you can go towards the left and if you want sun, you can move towards the right. Our dock is labeled one and two for identifying where to park your boat if you should bring one.
