Second time staying at this property. Pool is wonderful and boat access is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay as we did last year. The management company takes great care of anything that might come up.

Great overall experience! Property was amazing with a beautiful back yard and quaint neighborhood a block from the beach! It is walkable more enjoyable with a golf cart for the island! Rooms were spacious and clean! Only complaint is there is no bathroom in the living/pool area. Definitely worth the trip!

Very clean and comfortable home with perfect outdoor spaces and warm and higher end inside. Location couldn’t be better with access to beach, Pine St, and rest of island. Absolutely loved it and we will be back!

The house was perfect, recently renovated and decorated so really nice fixtures and appliances etc. The outside area is awesome - pool, hot tib, private dock, outside kitchen- all top class.

We had a great stay at this AMI home! The layout was perfect for our group, especially for multiple families vacationing together. Everyone had plenty of space, and the kids especially loved having their own room and own bathroom away from us.The kitchen is large with a beautiful island, with plenty of room to cook and gather (if you choose), and the dining and living areas were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was absolutely perfect for us! My dad really enjoyed fishing right off the pier in the canal, while the rest of us relaxed in the heated pool/ jacuzzi after being at the beach, shopping for the day, or fishing down at the pier.The location was just a short walk, about a block, to the beach. And down near our favorite restaurants.This was the perfect combination of having a beautiful, comfortable home with plenty of space while still being close to everything we wanted to enjoy.We did have an issue with ants and a few cockroaches during our stay. We reached out to the owner, and they were very quick to respond and immediately sent maintenance out to address the issue. They treated the areas with bait and were very responsive in making sure our concerns were taken care of. We really appreciated how responsive and accommodating they were.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely go back!

We have rented a different home on this island every year for at least 10 years. A different home each time. This was by far our favorite. 4 large bedrooms with a comfortable living space large enough for everyone. Comfortable beds and furniture. A large pool and hot tub with a large furnished patio surround with 2 large outdoor TV's. All that and a dock large enough for a 30' boat. We also got the quickest response when we needed help with the main TV and the hot tub. Someone was there quickly every time. 10 out of 10 We will rent it again.

Great house

We loved our stay! The kitchen is very well stocked with most anything. There is original art throughout the nicely decorated home. There is plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor living areas including the pool and fire pit are great. We did see manatees a few days in the canal! It's close to the uncrowded and beautiful beach. There are 2 wagons, several chairs and coolers for the beach. The fire pit ran out of gas and the management company sent someone quickly to take care of it. The only thing I can think that was truly missing were dish cloths and more wash cloths. I took these as that has been common at beach rentals.
