Located only steps away from the Spirit Trail and less than a 20 minute walk to the Shipyards, you will find a ton of great breweries, restaurants and shops, as well as easy access to various busses and Lime bikes to get around North Van or to downtown. This gorgeous property offers a peaceful retreat for up to 2 guests. Enjoy the cozy living space and take advantage of amenities like a washing machine, heating, WiFi, and an iron. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing indoors, this property is the ideal choice.

Melissa is a wonderful host! We came to celebrate our granddaughter’s 1st birthday, and wanted to be close to family. Melissa’s suite is very clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. She has taken into consideration every possible need you might have - from tea & coffee to extra towels. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood to relax in as well. We will definitely be booking with Melissa again. Thank you for a great experience!

Melissa and Simon were amazing hosts—so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Their space is not only beautiful and comfortable but also in a fantastic location that made everything super convenient. It was the perfect home away from home. Excellent one bedroom suite

Very pleased with everything. Melissa was prompt in all messaging, access info easy. Place was well appointed and bed was comfy. Added touch was a welcome package that I quite enjoyed. Highly recommend these hosts and their rental.

Lovely home away from home

I had more family coming for Christmas then I had beds so my Mom asked me to find her a place to stay nearby. Melissa's place was just a block from me and I'm so glad I found it, it was absolutely perfect for my Mom. She said the bed was more comfortable than her own at home and the little kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The whole design was modern and clean but still warm and inviting. It was very quiet and extremely clean. Thanks for a great stay!

The location of this suite was perfect for getting us to and from Vancouver from North Vancouver. It’s a beautiful, well appointed place with enough room to hang up ALL the wedding clothes!

Great Place to Stay

The accommodations were wonderful, very clean and comfortable. There was even a sitting area outside to have coffee or an evening beverage. The hosts were attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Melissa’s property was the perfect spot for us. The place was modern and comfy (bed was to die for). Loved the private space outdoors as well! Great distance to easily get over to the shipyards for food and drinks. Check in was super easy and communication was great. They were also very friendly and helpful with tips/recommendations about the city. Definitely a repeat book next time we are in Vancouver!

After living in the bustling Shipyards for 4 years, we chose to move to Moodyville because of its charm and central location. There are lots of great parks and cafes in the neighbourhood and it is easy to get around.

Built in 2020 but recently furnished, this property is treated like a home away from home. We want our guests to feel welcome and comfortable during their stay and we go out of our way to ensure you have everything you need while on your vacation.
