Myself and my colleague used this space while attending a conference in Marda Loop area.. It was just the right size and easy to get to. It is conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants, and not to far from downtown. The host gave great instructions to get into the unit.

Convenient with shops near by and 15 min drive to downtown. We stayed for 3 nights was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Was good cozy suite, stayed for 5 days with my 2 teenaged children. We were attending a basketball tournament. The host was good response time on communication. The location was nice a discrete great quiet area. Felt very safe!! Would definitely book again here if available our next stay in Calgary.

Its a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Was clean and host were very easy for check in and out. Loved the fire place but i wish there was better access to screaming services and that the kids room was actually a queen like listed otherwise its was perfect for what we needed.

Decent place in a great location

We stayed for four nights and found the location to be absolutely perfect: it was right around the corner from a nice selection of shops, it was quick to get downtown and it was close to the freeway to get to Banff. The apartment itself was fine; nothing special but it was comfortable. The kitchenette is well equipped. The shower stall in the bathroom lacks any light source so it is really dark. There are no fans for airflow so it can get a bit stuffy, especially if you have the fireplace on. And lastly, three of the four nights we stayed, we were woken up by stomping and slamming cabinets from 10pm to midnight. But otherwise the stay was fine.

What kid friendly amenities? Not enough lighting through the walkway and entrance. Not enough dishes, cutlery or pots and pans. No towels or clothes to wash any kind of dishes. Would have left a note on the white board but the pen was dry. Not enough circulation in living area. Perhaps a fan in the living room could help. I didn’t expect top end accommodations but could have a few more necessities.

Everything as Advertised

We were in CGY for a week and enjoyed staying at the property. It was good for our needs, which saw us out of the house the majority of the time. It was comfortable to sleep in and very clean. There was a little noise from upstairs, which should be expected when you rent a basement suite in someone’s home. It was not excessive or outside of expectations. The only thing that was not great was the couch. It was extremely soft, but we didn’t use it much so it was a really a moot point. The location was great for us as it was blocks from a family member’s home. We would definitely return to this listing if we end up back in CGY again.

Everything was wonderful, clean and very comfortable with easy access. Beautiful fireplace that was plenty of heat for the whole place. The only thing I would recommend is a stove with an oven. We couldn’t cook dinners because there was no oven. (We don’t eat fried foods)Also the sofa was very low to sit on and hard for seniors to get up.
