We had a great stay at this apartment for our family of 6. The view is wonderful and the apartment had everything we needed. The use of a baby bed was great and my kids loved the pool. The check-in process was smooth.

The views from the apartment are nothing short of amazing. The complex the apartment is in is also very good. Well situated to Juan le Pins town and train station. Only 15 minutes walk to Antibes.The apartment is fairly basic but a good size. Patrick was very helpful and responsive when we needed to contact him. There is room for some improvement in the apartment, but nothing that couldn't be solved with some new bedding and kitchen wear.

This was our second time in this apartment and again everything went really smoothly. Communication with the host etc was really good and checking in and out went very smoothly. The apartment is a great size and well equipped with fabulous views from the balcony. Eden Parc is a lovely place to stay with a fabulous pool and very well maintained gardens. We will be back.

Michigan, USA Escape from Snowy Winter

The apartment in Juan Les Pins ( Antibes) is bright and airy with panoramic views of the city, the Mediterranean and the Alps. Great location for walking, taking the train to various surrounding locations or by bus. We enjoyed our stay and found the beaches, old town Antibes, coastal trails and promenades all very accessible and for miles of walking. We were happy to have sunny days away from the snow, cold and cloudy days.

Fabulous

From the start communication with everyone involved was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly. The apartment is located in Eden Parc which is very well maintained, safe and quiet. The views from the two balconies are stunning. There are beautiful, well maintained gardens, a very large pool, tennis courts and table tennis tables. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

We had a perfect stay in the apartment and in the area. We walked about 70 km. in 7 days. Went to Cannes, Monaco, Fort Carre habour of Antibes and more. Good food and we tasted several Ricard/Pastis, very good.

Formidable

Amazing view throughout appartment. Spacious, comfortable, brand new kitchen. Garden with beautiful flowers, plants and trees. Large swimming pool, nicely heated. Short walk to the beach, Juan les Pins and Antibes close by, all walking distance. Train and bus station as well so easy to visit Cannes, Nice, Grasse by public transport. Big supermarket at walking distance. We did not need to use our car (only for golf club in Biot). Very kind and responsive owner who was always ready to help!

Wonderful

Me and my husband and daughter (9 had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is spacious and clean and the owner Patrick was very helpful and lovely to deal with. We asked if there were fans and he bought one and it was in the apartment when we arrived! We had issues with our flight being moved and he was really accommodating. Everything felt easy to get to. The beaches are close by. The buses and train station are only 10 min walk away. The pool is lovely and clean and warm and the tennis courts and ping pong tables were a massive bonus I would definitely come back to this place!

Had a great time, stunning view and lovely terrass. The cleaning team let us wait 30min when getting in and was not done with the cleaning, but that's a minor. Really disturbing was the smell in the kitchen because of the cooling water depot in its back that emitted an awful smell, which is unfortunate, but the host reacted very promptly and sent us a mechanic to pinpoint the source of the issue and found an instant remedy.At the pool we once met with friends and were instantly and very harshly sent out by the pool responsible (only owners and no renters allowed to bring in guests) - a very peculiar and unfriendly request, but not connected with the flat management.Would book it again anytime, as stated had a great time.

lovely short out of season stay

This is a beautiful apartment with fabulous sea views and views of the pool and garden. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We arrived out of season before the pool heating was on from the 6th April, however it was a refreshing dip and the pool is clean and very well presented. The games room on the premises was used. We walked to Antibes on many occasions to use the restaurants and train station and the walk into Juans Les Pins was right on the doorstep through the grounds of Eden Parc. A lovely short out of season stay. Would come again. Contacting the key holder at the end of stay was difficult - we had a train to catch so could not hang around - but all turned out fine.

clean and functional apartment with great sea view

We were a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 11 and 14, plus grand-parents. The apartment was big enough to accommodate all of us without any issues. As described in the site one of the room with a convertible sofa was adjacent to the living room without separating door. This was not a problem for us. There was only one parking place in the garage, so we had to park the other car outside the residence in the street. Parking was free if charge, but not many free spots. In high season it might be difficult to find a place to park. The residence is very clean with lots of beautiful trees and flowers. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and is very large and deep. Also available a pool for the children. Communication with the host was easier and quick. Location is great close to the beach and to the train station. The best part is definitely the sea view over the Juan les Pins bay and the islands of Lerins!

Top Lage in gepflegter Wohnanlage mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Pool.Die Wohnung ist optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist alles da, was man im Alltag braucht.Eine Klimaanlage gibt es, wie beschrieben, nicht. Wenn es sehr warm ist, wäre sie eine tolle Ergänzung.

Das Apartment entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Nur die angegebenen Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden. Der großzügige Schnitt der Wohnung und der wirklich traumhafte Blick von beiden Terrassen hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, nicht super modern aber dafür mit Charme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder.

Trés accueillant , la taille de l’appartement 95 m2 Grand balcon devant avec vue mer à 180 , soleil toute l’après midi nous avons déjeuné dehors tous les jours du 4 au 11 janvier incroyable .Superbe vue sur le deuxième bacon des deux chambres sur la montagne enneigée . Vraiment le seul point négatif c’est le lit de 140 dans la grande Chambre , sommier dégradé
