The hostess was very accommodating. Any questions or concerns the host was very attentive. The rental unit was a little older but served its purpose. The beds were amazing and very comfortable. There wasn’t enough bath towels and wash cloths to accommodate all the persons in our party but we ended up purchasing some so that everyone was able to have a towel and face cloth to shower it. The heating (thermostat) took some getting used to on how to operate it. Once set the heating worked great as it was quite cold in Niagara this past week. The host assisted in how to regulate the hot water as well. In the beginning of our stay the water was not very warm and the very first shower to run for my friend was nicely warm. After assistance from the host on working in the hot water it worked great. We did have one little altercation with some persons that I guess are looking to rent the property after my departure. They were insistent at first that they were to be in there for January 2st. They wanted to enter the unit and were also seeking confirmation of our stay and was asking questions such as when did we check in and when would be checking out. I was unavailable to speak to them personally but my travel guests recommended that they speak to the host to get it straightened out. I spoke to the hostess when I got opportunity and was advised that it would be dealt with and for me and my guests were not to worry as it would be taken care of, in which it was. Thank you.
