“Island Cottage” New Listing! Cozy Beach Cottage, Bikes, Kayak, Paddleboard

You will enjoy our beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath end unit townhome with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and The Sound. It is less than a mile to the National Sea Shore with its endless beaches. It's just less than half mile walk to the beach with a fantastic walking and bike trail. Begin your relaxation, kick up your feet and unwind on our white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and TV. There is a comfortable Full size sofa bed in the living room.

This property features a fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, outside shower, double carport, internet, back patio chairs and umbrella. There is large entertainment room on the ground floor with a TV and chairs to relax and enjoy the bbq grill. You are sure to enjoy relaxing on the balcony enjoying the sunset and the peaceful night breeze. Leave your beach gear at home because we provide umbrellas, beach chairs and towels. Navarre Beach will truly be your vacation of choice after staying with us.

One dog under 30 lbs allowed with $200 dog cleaning fee.

Golf cart rental available

Complimentary kayak/paddleboard, 2-adult bikes (upon request, $500 refundable deposit required).

The property is well equipped with beach going items and has luxury towels (which is a plus). The owner replied to my message promptly and they have everything that you should need and expect. It wasn’t beach side, but it was just a short walk to one of the outlets to the ocean. I only wish that I had more time off. They are pet friendly which goes a long ways when I have small dogs that I don’t want to board because kennels mistreat them. So thank you for letting us rent your place. It was a great mother and daughter trip.

Nice Pet Friendly stay on the Gulf

Very nice and pet friendly. We would’ve appreciated warning about 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag though, since we brought all groceries needed in for full stay. No complaints other than that, since the rain took us out to Scooter’s Fish House and Walmart.

Beach getaway

Terrific condo, clean and nicely furnished. For a one bedroom it slept 4 comfortably. The pull out sofa bed was comfortable. The beach was a short walk away with parking available as well. It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrella available for use.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay. Living room & kitchen were smaller than anticipated & the couch wasn’t super comfy but met our needs given we were there for the amazing beach! If you plan on having 4 people, it would be wise to bring your own towels & washcloths. For myself, my husband, & our 6 year old son - there was 3 washcloths & just 2 large bath towels so we had to purchase more. Tons of games & beach things were there to use which was so nice to not have to purchase &/or pack those items! For an honest review-these are very minor things but still something to make note of. Certainly nothing that ruined our stay though! Overall, we enjoyed our time there & would return!

Wonderful beach retreat

My husband and I loved this cozy space. We basically, just needed to bring our personal items because it was so well equipped. The location was wonderful with a very short walk to the beach

Great little spot with beachy feel

Cute place, covered parking for one vehicle which is nice and outside freshwater rinse area. Downstairs entry had beach gear all set up in a wagon, new grill out back and and game table area. Decorated well, kitchen well equipped, stackable washer/dryer which was great. Bathroom a bit tight but does the job. Overall good location to anything on the island and to stores off island. Would book it again.

This was the cutest, coziest cottage! It was clean and just what we needed. Close enough to the beautiful beaches of Navarre! The host was very pleasant, accommodating and so easy to work with! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed was at our disposal — life jackets for both of my kids, beach chairs and umbrellas, items that we didn’t pack for our trip because we had no room in our vehicle. My family and I had an amazing experience and made some lifelong memories. I would totally recommend staying at this property to anyone.
