I tried several attempts via phone, text, and email to request early check in with no response from property owner. Finally reached out to Evolve customer service and they reached out to property owner who finally responded via text.The location was good to all shows and entertainment.I thought being on the first floor would be convenient, but you still had to walk down a sidewalk and around to parking due to some sort of culvert between door and parking area. If you have a pet, you have to walk approximately 30-40 yards to get to a grassy area. The people before us must have had a black dog. Found quite a bit of black pet hair around.There were some sort of stains on the side of the entertainment center and wall. And also coffee stains or something on the wall beside the king size bed.Bring your own skillets if you plan to cook. What is stocked there is not adequate for much of anything. As far as plates and glasses, all was good. Refrigerator was clean.The dining table was not comfortable to eat at. No back chairs, just small stools. A broom and dustpan is not provided which is a little frustrating. Made it hard to “tidy up” as they request. The utility closet has some pretty significant water damage so the master closet had a mildew smell. Bathrooms were fairly clean. Walk in shower was nice except no body wash. I travel with my own so no big deal for me.I’m not going to say do not stay there, you just need to be aware of what you are getting.
