Auckland Penthouse: SkyTower Views. Special Offer
Sensational 90 sqm one bedroom loft/duplex with terraces, roof access, full view on Sky City tower, harbour & sea. Unusually spacious for City Center, design, bright & comfy. Cool restaurants, bars, theatres, shops 2 mins walk as well as airport bus stop nearby.
The airport bus will drop you across the street from the property.
Guest access
2 days prior to your arrival in 5G, I will send you a PDF file with instructions on how to collect the key.
You will also find my secret Auckland tips: food venues you want to visit, activities,...
Note: the main bedroom is on the upper level with a long staircase. I would not recommend leaving young children playing around the stairs (the bedroom has a door that closes)
Also, there is no parties allowed. Only registered guests in the booking are allowed to be inside the apartment,
This is my home so expect my guests to take good care of it ... I am not a hotel or a real estate agent, treat it as your home and you will have an amazing time.

Bedding arrangement:
Upper level: King size bed with ensuite bathroom
Main level: The red chaise becomes a single bed. A second guest can sleep on the top of the sofa (with back cushions removed). The bed function of the sofa was broken by previous guests, but the top is actually much more comfortable.
Linen will be provided
Max capacity: 4 guests
Children:
There is a steep staircase. While I am happy to accept infants and children, it might not be recommended for them to access the upper level. However, there is a sliding door closing the upper level if you have a child that might be "active".
The airport bus will drop you across the street from the property.

And what about the space? Ideal! Everything is thought out with great taste and the views are magnificent. For a couple, it's just the perfect plan in the heart of CBD!

We stayed at David Jack's apartment for four weeks during the coronavirus lockdown. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Not only is it well situated in the central business district of Auckland, but it's large and perfect for a longer stay. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you might need to cook nearly any meal. It even has a variety of baking utensils, which you normally wouldn't find in an Airbnb. In the living room is a large couch, a television with Netflix and an Atari console.. Also in the apartment is a dryer (and a drying rack for clothing items that can't go into the dryer), plenty of body products (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.). The Circus theme is pretty awesome too! Highly recommended!
