The house has wonderful features to offer and being located in a quiet street only a short walk away from the famous Edge Hill village with a large variety of cafes & restaurants. Botanical Gardens, walking tracks are within walking distance. Main house consists of kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with spa bathtub, separate toilet and there's a full granny flat with an additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Lush gardens around to give that extra privacy. Big outdoor entertaining area.
Main House features:
- Large Open Living Area leading into a spacious modern kitchen
- 3 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: queen bed + furniture
Bedroom 2: queen bed + furniture, a computer desk with a monitor and a printer
Bedroom 3: A king single bed and a single bed, kid's play area with toys
- Bathroom has recently been renovated. It has plenty of space light mirrors and a spa bathtub to relax in.
Granny Flat features:
- Kitchenette with basic appliances & coffee station
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Queen bed and furniture ( lovely space)
The gardens are lush and green with an array of fruit trees and tropical plants and there is a in ground tropical pool to relax and enjoy.
The outside entertaining area has a BBQ and plenty of undercover area to protect from hot or wet weathers, the property is fully fenced and has a security gate.
Guests will have access to the whole house, yard and pool. None of the areas are shared, everything is for our guests use :)

The leafy inner city suburb of Edge Hill is one of Cairn’s oldest and most popular suburbs. Beautifully restored Federation and pre-war era homes line the streets, set within established manicured gardens.
The suburb is peppered with chic eateries, gourmet delis, boutiques and shops for browsing.
Edge Hill is home to the beautiful Cairns Botanic Gardens where visitors can learn about the fascinating flora of Tropical North Queensland. An alfresco cafe set amongst the lush tropical surrounds is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat. Visitors can also take advantage of the barbecues, picnic shelters and children’s playground provided. A boardwalk connects the Gardens to The Centenary Lakes, home of seabirds and turtles as well as spectacular water lilies.
The Gardens feature an impressive arts centre creatively housed in three huge converted World War Two naval oil storage tanks. Here you can enjoy a production of performance art or wander through an exhibition.
Just behind the Botanic Gardens is the Mt Whitfield Conservation Park, where bushwalkers can enjoy a number of walking tracks through green mountainside forest.
Edge Hill is just minutes from the Cairns City Centre as well as the Cairns Airport. There are many charming bed-and-breakfasts to choose from as well as a resort, motels and unit-style accommodation.
We'd recommend hiring a car when visiting Cairns so you can fully explore this beautiful tropical city and it surroundings. Public transport is also available but please don't expect 'Japanese' promptness.
Ride share services like UBER and Taxi is also available.
Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.
Smoking only outdoors at the gazebo behind the pool.
Strictly no parties and/or excessive noise after 9pm.
Depending availability, we can organize early check in and/or late check out at a surcharge of 50% of the applicable daily price.
