This luxury, three-story entire house sits on the south end of Estero Island that comprises Fort Myers Beach, far from the crowds of Margaritaville and Time's Square. Savor your morning coffee while overlooking 180-degree, unobstructed views of the gulf and beach from the furnished balcony. Observe the pelicans, egrets, and ibis birds hunt for fish in the estuary. You may even spy a rosy spoonbill!
Take a short walk along the sidewalk to the access path that leads to the ocean and watch dolphins along the shore or lazily gather seashells on the white, sandy beach. Swim in the private, heated saltwater pool protected by a screened lanai or read and doze on one of the many lounge chairs.

This newly-renovated house sleeps 10 people with 4BR/4Baths: two king-sized beds, two queen-sized beds, and a sofa-bed in a den. Awaken to breathtaking beach views from three of the five beds. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Pamper yourself in the spa-like master bathroom which features a deep Roman tub and an enormous, walk-in shower with a double showerhead and granite bench seating.

Cook steaks and veggies on the balcony with the propane gas grill and relish dinner al fresco at the outdoor table as the sun sets over the ocean. The fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops contains a walk-in pantry and all new appliances: stove, electric range, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher.

In the soft, sandy beachfront backyard, play ladder golf or cornhole with the provided equipment. All bedrooms boast 40” Roku smart TVs with a 55” Roku smart TV in the vaulted-ceiling great room, so in the evenings, you can stream your own Netflix movies on the Wi-Fi. Challenge a friend to a game of chess or Settlers of Catan with one of the many provided puzzles and board games. Use the private service elevator to bring your groceries or luggage upstairs (no people). A full-sized laundry sink, washer and dryer are available. The cavernous two-car garage and paved property easily accommodates free parking for a total of four vehicles. The house is two miles from Lover's Key State Park where you can rent kayaks to explore the bay.

Beach access is just a short stroll away. Walk along Estero Blvd until you see the crosswalk on your left, then turn right and follow the sandy path between the two white posts straight to the beach.
