The 'Dingaling in Aldinga Beach
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place!
The 'Dingaling is perfectly located in the heart of Aldinga Beach.
Set on a large block 150 meters from the beach makes for a sa quiet retreat when you need, but fast access to one of South Australia's most beautiful beaches.
Please note, that our property is family-friendly in a quiet neighbourhood. We have a strict 'no party policy' and ask you respect the neighbours. This is non-negotiable so please consider carefully if this is the property for you, we are always happy to answer any questions.
Our 4 bedroom beach shack provides the perfect escape for a family friendly getaway.
The property has a had an entire new renovation including 2 new bathrooms and full kitchen.
The stylish kitchen has full size fridge, coffee machine, 4 banger toaster, dishwasher (who wants to do dishes on holiday), induction cooktop and 60cm oven.
Open plan with a large dining table with bench seats, easily fitting 10.
2 large wall-mounted tellys. One in the living/dining area and one located in the 'kids nook' separated from the living room by a barn door.
The living room (with reverse cycle heating & cooling) opens to the huge outdoor yard & barbie. An outside table is available for use for balmy summer bbq nights.
The downstairs bathroom includes a full bath (and shower) and an industrial-sized washer and dryer.
Upstairs hosts a spacious landing with room for so many activities and ducted heating and cooling.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and if you stand on your tipy toes, sea glimpses.
The second, third & fourth bedrooms are made up of 1 with a queen sized bed and 2 both with a bunk in each and a single bed in each (BUNKS ONLY SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12)
Access to a large east-facing deck upstairs offers a pleasant place for a morning coffee.
The location is second to none. You have your choice of a fancy dinner within walking distance to Pearl restaurant or alternatively, head for the short 900m beach walk south to the Silver Sands beach club for an Aperol spritz at sundown.
By heading a block east you hit Aldinga Conservation Park which is perfect for a kangaroo spot with the kids or a quiet nature stroll through the bush.
