Inn-2-Blue -
Welcome to Inn-2-Blue, a newly updated three-bedroom, two and one-half bath private home vacation destination with heated swimming pool in a quiet mid-island neighborhood with beach access just a short walk down the street and a hop across Estero Boulevard. An added feature in this two-level home is an awesome downstairs recreation area with putting green, heated swimming pool, gas BBQ grill, covered seating area off the pavered pool area, a shower and a parking garage with door, large enough to fit four vehicles, all surrounded by a 6-foot tall privacy fence. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square with the new Margaritaville Resort, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs and night life. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, all towels and linens provided and private laundry area.
Upon arrival entrance is either from stairs in the garage area or through a gate and up the main front stairs with entry into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas decorated in a beachy motif and vaulted ceilings throughout. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. The large kitchen has granite countertops and cabinets equipped with all the necessary items to whip up full course meals or just toast and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, a pull-out freezer drawer, dishwasher, a glasstop range with convection and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and European style stainless-steel sink with disposal. An island bar has cabinets on the kitchen side and five bar stools on the dining area side. The laundry room is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The adjacent dining area has a large table seating eight on an area rug, which flows nicely into the living area furnished with a queen-size sleeper-sofa, accent tables and lamps, love seat, a coffee table and two side chairs on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Just off the living area is a powder room with commode and vanity with lavatory. In addition the living area has expansive sliding glass doors providing access to a covered and furnished balcony overlooking the rear yard with swimming pool and pavered deck.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps on an area rug, as well as a double dresser with wall-mounted large flat screen TV above. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the balcony overlooking the pool area. The en suite bathroom has tile flooring and a granite top vanity with dual lavatories, storage space beneath, full wall mirror, a stand-alone corner tub, a separate commode niche, a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door and a walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom has a bunk bed with full mattress below, a twin on top, a corner soft chair with floor lamp and a closet cabinet. The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, all on an area rug, as well as a tall dresser with a wall-mounted large flat screen TV above. There is a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom again has a granite top vanity with two lavatories, storage space beneath and full wall mirror. There is a stand-along corner tub, a separate commode niche and nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door.
