2nd bedroom: Small den with option to use as storage or second bedroom with foldout bed. Please be accurate about amount of guests. I will assume you don't need the extra bed if you're booking for one person and the room will be mostly empty.

Fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and gas stove.

Patio with spectacular views. Patio furniture removed during colder months.

Wifi is excellent for working. I have used the space to WFH for the past four years.

Parking spot with EV charging POTENTIALLY available. Please ask me. If I'm able to move my car, you can have my spot.

Very easy access from airport. Can hop on Canada Line. Starts directly in airport and end at Yaletown Station - less than 10 min walk from unit.

Bedding, towels, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) included.

Can send a cleaner when needed for an extra fee.
