Nuestro apartamento está en el piso 16 y 3 pila privada !!! en una posición perfecta con vistas al Golfo, ya sea desde el balcón oa través de las ventanas de piso a techo en la sala de estar. Cerca de 2.000 pies cuadrados., El condominio es grande y recién amueblado.

Servicios: Nuestra unidad tiene encimeras de granito en la cocina y el baño principal, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de tamaño completo, armarios a medida, bar con máquina de hielo, 55 "HDTV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana adicionales en los dormitorios. También tenemos un bloqueo de entrada sin llave en la puerta principal para que usted y su familia / amigos no tiene que mantenerse al día con las teclas durante su estancia !!

Cuarto de lavado tiene una lavadora y secadora. Hay dos dormitorios principales con camas King, el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas Queen y dos sofás cama en la sala de estar para dormir hasta 12.

Army wives annual trip

We had a wonderful time on our annual trip. I would recommend this rental to my friends . The only complaint would be the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Great condo plenty of room

Only complaint was the mattress in the secondary master it was noisy. Would definitely stay here again. Great family vacation location

Family vacation

Very clean and well maintained. It was up to date and had wonderful extras like the ice machine. We loved the pools and lazy river. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place and location

We had a great time at this location. There was plenty of room and well maintained. It was convenient to all the local amenities with an incredible view of the Gulf. The only negative was that ine of the pull out couch beds was broken. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing. Would do it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortuntently, while we were there a hurricane came. I can not say enough about how wonderful everyone was. When you talked to the desk or called the emergency number how nice and helpful everyone was. Every question was answered to the best of their ability. I would defiantly rent from Phoenix again!!! The condo was wonderful for the couple of days before the hurricane hit!

Just ok

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not enough elevators for such a huge complex. Parking very cramped. Sheets to all the beds very rough. Not as clean as should be upon arrival. Will definitely not stay again.

Beachfront Holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture was accurate as to what furniture was in the living spaces but it was worn. The one couch had some stains on it and the wooden furniture had drawers that didn't open or some were broken and chipped in the bedrooms and living room. With that being said, the furniture was comfortable. The condo was very clean except for some mold on a shower curtain in one of the bedrooms. There were also some issues with the TVs. We had to troubleshoot two of them and we finally had to have the cable company come in and fix one of the TVs as we were unable to fix it and Charlotte, the VRBO rep, was unable to fix it. This seemed to be a cable company issue and not a TV issue as there was a sign in all the elevators the next day telling people to call the cable service company for Internet and TV problems.

Not Happy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the mattresses were bad. One had a dip in it that made it bad for my sister to sleep on. There was a broken lamp in the same bedroom that would have been nice if it had been replaced for nighttime reading. The toilet in the hall bath did't work even after a repairman supposedly repaired it. My daughter dropped some jewelry that went under the bed in the master bedroom and the dust was an inch thick, there was woman's underwear and a cookie under the bed. GROSS. Also the kitchen wasn't very well equipped and we had to go buy some things. This was the wworse stay we have ever had at a Pheonis property. We will not be staying at this location again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed with my family of 10 in this condo for a week. The building as a whole was nice with a lot of amenities. The kids loved the slide and lazy river. However, this condo could use some updates. First of all, the condo wasn't clean at check-in. Everything was dusty, the floors were disgusting (when you walked on the floor without shoes your feet were black), and the walls/doors had stains everywhere. You would be surprised the amount of dust and trash under the master bed. In the master bathroom, the light was hanging off the wall. In the master bedroom, the light wasn't working. In the kitchen, the light switch wouldn't work half the time. There also weren't very many dishes or decent cooking supplies. We had to go to Walmart and buy a skillet, measuring cup, and cookie sheet to be able to cook breakfast. This room also says it sleeps 12 but they don't provide enough towels and washcloths for 12. Also in the bathrooms, they had cheap shower curtain liners that were mildewing. One of the shower curtains was missing hooks and you have a hard time closing properly because of it hanging without hooks. The pullout couch mattress was also terrible. They are never really that comfortable but the springs were popping out in multiple places. In the king second bedroom, the bed was hard as a rock and sounded like it was about to break as soon as you laid down. If you want a nice room, then I recommend looking other places. I expected better when spending 5K for a week.
