Located in peaceful and beautiful West Ocean City, Seaside Bliss is a fabulous Home that offers a great location for everyone in your family, whether it be a day on the Beach, watching the ponies on Assateague, or even a day of shopping, Seaside Bliss is close to it all! This beautiful 4 Level House has it ALL - spectacular Views and incredible Outdoor Living, combined with an interior so stunning and perfectly planned out, you may never want to leave. You’re sure to love being in a quiet location, yet being so close to the Marinas, Restaurants, and Activities, and all the while, only a short ride from our famous OC Boardwalk. That being said, once you see the Views from this magnificent home, you will fall in love!

Seaside Bliss comfortably sleeps a family or two of up to 10 adults and 5 children, in 4 beautifully appointed Bedrooms perfectly spaced out to bring the family together, while still allowing for plenty of space to never feel crowded. With a wonderful Open Layout, you can spend time with those who matter most, and still sneak away for a little quiet R&R. Park in the private driveway or in the Garage, kick off your shoes, and let the fun begin! As you enter the 1st Floor, you'll absolutely love the gorgeous Flooring and serene Coastal Decor. This 1st level is home to a Private Den with large Flat Screen TV, Game Area with Billiard Table, Dart Board, Wet Bar, and access to the long Dock. This luxurious Home also offers an Elevator - making settling in between the first 3 floors a breeze (the elevator does not service the 4th floor).

As you wander up to the 2nd Level, you will find 3 of the 4 Bedrooms, each with a Private Attached Bath. The beautiful Primary Bedroom, located on this level, has breathtaking Bay Views and a Private Balcony, a plush King Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Sitting Area with a Twin Sleeper Sofa. The Private Attached Bath that is nothing short of Spa-Like has a large Corner Tub and an oversize Walk-in Shower with multiple heads and Rain Shower option. Bedroom 2 is a Junior Suite, sleeping up to 3 with a cozy Queen Bed and a Twin Sleeper Sofa, a Flat Screen TV, and an Attached Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the special little loved ones in your family, comfortably sleeping 4 with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), as well as a Twin Bed. This room also has an Attached Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. This level is also home to the Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer, a wonderful convenience while calling Seaside Bliss home.

The 3rd level of this glorious Home is a wide open Space with the Kitchen, expansive Dining Area and Living Area, complete with Wet Bar! Take the Stairs, or the Elevator, to the 3rd floor of Seaside Bliss to find the stunning wide open Living Space with cozy furnishings and space for the entire Family to relax and unwind in the AC while enjoying the Free Wifi, Flat Screen TV, and not to mention THE VIEWS! It has a Well-Stocked Kitchen with gleaming Quartz Countertops, Gourmet Appliances, Butlers Pantry and don’t forget about the Breakfast Bar - the perfect place for a quick bite before hitting the Beach or heading out for your next adventure. For more formal meals, dine in the spacious Dining Area overlooking the Bay Windows. After a day of fun in the sun, the Living Area with multiple seating options is a wonderful place for the entire family to relax and watch a movie on the large Flat Screen TV. Wander out to the large Bayfront Balcony and relax in the outdoor furniture, or cook up a family meal on the built-in Grill with Views that are exactly what dreams are made of!

The 4th level is a Loft area overlooking the Living Area, perfect for the teens in your family. It is located up the steps, with 2 Cozy Full Beds, and a Twin Sleeper Sofa. There is also a Flat Screen TV and a Private Bath with a custom Tile Walk-in Shower

Seaside Bliss allows ONE small to medium size, well-trained dog up to 40lbs with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dog must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
