The Space:
Upstairs:
Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The spacious master suite offers a grandeur retreat for guests featuring a plush king-sized bed and air-conditioning. Additionally, you can indulge in the luxury of an expansive ensuite bathroom, a balcony with a lovely seating area, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):
Featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and double vanity.

Bedroom Two:
Characterised by its comfort and contemporary design, this bedroom features a plush queen bed, an AC unit, a ceiling fan, and ample wardrobe space. Additionally, glass sliding doors provide seamless access to both the upstairs rooftop and the downstairs garden at the rear of the home.

Bathroom Two:
Adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3, the upstairs main bathroom showcases a bathtub, shower, vanity, and separate toilet for added convenience.

Bedroom Three:
The final lovely bedroom sleeps three and features two king-single beds and a single trundle. There is an AC unit, wardrobe, ceiling fan, plus glass sliding doors to access both the upstairs rooftop and the downstairs garden at the back of the home.

Living/Kitchen/Dining:
This spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area boasts beautiful wood floors and a sleek, modern design, complete with an AC unit for comfort. The kitchen is generously sized with state-of-the-art appliances, a dining table for eight, and access to an adjacent patio. The living area features a large, cosy sofa, a smart TV, and another AC unit for added comfort in summer.

Laundry:
Equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothesline.

Bathroom 2.5:
Adjacent to the laundry area, you'll find a powder room equipped with a toilet and vanity for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, there is space to park 2 cars in the garage and 1-2 cars in the driveway.

This home offers an ideal location for exploring on foot, with proximity to Moffat, Shelly, and Kings Beach within walking distance. Kings Beach features a patrolled beach, surf club, beach pool, parks, and numerous cafes and restaurants. Enjoy a leisurely stroll or a quick drive to discover a variety of coastal areas in Caloundra, abundant with cafes, restaurants, and boutiques to indulge in.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The home is approximately a 6-minute walk (400m) to Edmund St where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for one dog - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
