The Space:
This pet-friendly property offers breathtaking ocean views, stylish interiors, and a prime location just steps from the pristine sands. Perfect for large groups of friends and families, the home features 7 bedrooms, multiple living areas, and a large outdoor entertaining area, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals and the generous dining space ensures everyone can enjoy meals together. Spread across three-levels, the spacious yet communal nature of this home sets the stage for memorable gatherings and quality family time. This home welcomes your furry friends, so even your dog can join the family adventure and enjoy the getaway together!

Retreat to one of the seven stylish bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy. Each of the bedrooms feature either their own air-conditioning unit or are equipped with ducted air-conditioning. The bedroom and bathroom configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1 (master bedroom, located on the top level):
Featuring a plush king bed, this bedroom is located on the top floor of the home, promising stunning sunrise views and ocean glimpses. Swing in the egg chair or sit on the balcony with your morning coffee while you soak up the simplicity of coastal living. This bedroom also features a modern open-plan ensuite.

Ensuite (bathroom 1):
This bathroom features a shower, vanity, toilet and jacuzzi bath.

Main/Middle level of the home:
Bedroom 2:
Complete with a queen bed, this room is located closest to the pool and features a designated work space, a smart TV, and an adjoining ensuite.

Ensuite 2 (bathroom 2):
Toilet, shower and vanity.

Bedroom 3:
This room features a plush king bed.

Bedroom 4:
This room features a plush king bed, a smart TV and a desk space.

Bedroom 5:
This room is complete with a queen bed.

Bathroom 3:
Vanity, bath, shower and separate toilet.

There is also a study with a designated workspace located on this level. This study doubles as a bedroom as it includes a double sofa bed (bedroom 7).

Downstairs (lowest level):
Bedroom 6:
This spacious ground-floor bedroom offers the perfect retreat for grandparents or couples seeking additional privacy. The self-contained bedroom features:
Separate Living Area: Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV.
Kitchenette: Prepare meals or snacks in the well-equipped kitchenette.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and beautiful backyard along with space to park in the garage. There is also an abundance of driveway parking and free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Situated just minutes from the stunning King Beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to sandy shores, local cafes, and vibrant shops. Explore the coastal path, indulge in water activities, or simply bask in the sun—this prime location has it all! Explore and enjoy the rock pools, parks and the child friendly water fountain at Kings Beach or simply stroll along the beachside boardwalk & enjoy the calm waters of Bulcock Beach.

Getting Around:
Park your car/s in the private garage and walk everywhere! You’re only a 4 minute walk to the beach, next to the coastal walking tracks and just minutes from playgrounds and local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere! The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 700m away (4-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.

- Brisbane airport and CBD is a 60-90 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 15-minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 25-minute drive
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive
A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or 50-mins to Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
