This stunning two-bedroom penthouse is located on the twelfth floor of tower 2. Coastal decor and colors throughout the unit provides an inviting atmosphere for guests to unwind and relax. The master bedroom offers a king bed while the guest room has a king bed and a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bathroom is ensuite with a large walk-in closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower whereas the guest bathroom has a nice shower/ tub setup. There is a large stackable washer and dryer in unit for guest convenience. The dining room has 4 chairs along with a bench at the table, and there are 3 bar chairs along the kitchen bar, leaving ample places to eat and hangout. The unit has wooden flooring throughout the condo. There is an electric fireplace in the living room. This unit has an open balcony with two wooden rocking chairs overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
