GRAND PANAMA PET STIPULATIONS
Pets are only allowed in rental properties marked pet friendly and must be disclosed at time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee is charged for anyone bringing a pet, including Emotional Support Animals. Guests who wish to bring a pet to Grand Panama must apply for a conditional license and receive a pet tag, which is to be displayed on the pet while on property. Guests must complete their animal registration form, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag. Pet tags are picked up at the front desk of tower 2. The leash law applies at all times besides in your condo. The beach, pool, and pool deck are not pet friendly areas. Conditional licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus 25 lb weight limit

Beautiful views! Very nice and clean. Panhandle Getaways were attentive and accommodating with our stay. Being on 5th floor is a plus as easy access to parking garage. Only comment is that cookware could be updated and expanded a little ie frying pans. But who needs to cook at the beach

Great location!! The condo was very nice and clean. The only complaint is the dryer makes a very loud noise while in use. Other than that…we enjoyed every minute of our stay!!!!

Condo was nice but could use some TLC

Clean enough but no extra care given to details. Also paid a pet deposit but my pet passed away. I notified them and was told i would get my pet deposit back. I was not given a full refund and never told why even tho i aakedtho

Great Condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was super clean and it was located on the 5th floor, which made access very easy! This also made loading and unloading our vehicle very easy! The only complaint we have is with the elevators. There were issues with the elevators throughout our stay. At one point only 1 elevator was working in tower 1 and this made getting to and from the beach and pool a much longer process than it should have been. Other than this our stay was perfect! We will be back!

Beachfront Serenity

Very comfortable stay with a beautiful view of the gulf. The large balcony had sunny areas as well as shade to relax in. Pool was heated which made winter swimming comfortable. Pet friendly with ample areas to walk and even has a small fenced dog park. We really enjoyed our visit.

Terrible property management

Terrible property management. Broken elevators. Broken glass door in lobby. Cleaning crew arrived at 9am and just lingered in the halls. Check out was not until 10am. The pool was closed 90% of our stay. Hot tub did not work. We were not given chairs and umbrella that were included with the stay. For as much money as this place cost you would expect what you are paying for.

Beautiful beach view

Our condo overlooked beautiful Panama City Beach. We enjoyed being able to relax on the balcony and watch the view of the ocean and things happening on the beach. The condo was spacious and well appointed. Our only disappointment was that the main pool is not heated, and in March the water was fairly cool. The smaller pool over in tower 2 is nicely heated but lacks sun during most of the day. Everything else was great. A lovely place to stay.

Costly but nice

In town for two nights…not spring breakers. Location is convenient to everything you need. Code enforcement was a bit too harassing, but I get it with the few idiots that ruin it for everyone. We did a sunset catamaran sail with Paradise Adventures that was done very well. The cost was high for two nights but we’ll stay there again.

Nice Condo excellent management companny

The condo was nice enough , newly renovated , and the property and pool were as we wanted , but the best part was the quickness of communication from the Panhandle Getaways management company before and during the stay. Helped with questions and any possible issues almost immediately in text any time of the day. Made it much less stressful for me taking my family out.
