INSIDE
The main floor entry showcases an open living room/dining room featuring a wall of windows providing panoramic lake views from every angle. The primary bedroom suite shares the same views and is equipped with a king bed, attached bath and walk in shower.

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, farmhouse sink and roomy breakfast bar. Amazing screened porch is just off the dining area and equipped with lounge area and outdoor TV.

Step out to the expansive deck stretching along the lakeside of the property complete with gas grill and dining area.

Plenty of sleeping options can be found on the upper level of the property and offer a quiet retreat:

Guest room 1 - queen bed with attached bath
Guest room 2 - queen bed
Guest room 3 - 2 full size beds
Bunk room - 3 twin beds over 2 full beds
An additional shared full bath completes this floor.

The lower level family room provides a great hang out space for gaming, movie night or friendly competition on the full size shuffleboard. Step out to patio which leads to lake access and your own sandy beach with fire pit. There is a queen sleeper sofa located on this floor as well.

PARKING
Parking space is provided for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Please note that garage access is not available.

- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, and after-hours emergency maintenance services.
